Needs new management. Slowest Little Caesars ever! When I went to the Little Caesars in Heber City Utah. I was given 2 coupons for free bread sticks because they didn't have a cheese and 2 pepperoni pizza's, "Hot and Ready". The wait was minimal to get our order; even then. All you get at the Payson Little Caesars is excuses after a minimum of a 20 minute wait.. and usually no apologies and certainly no comp coupons. read more

This is quite possibly the WORST little Caesars in the country. They are routinely out of pizzas. There has never been ( in my experience) a hot and ready pizza there. We only ever order the pepperoni pizza and it is a 30+ minute wait every time. If I have to wait 30+ minutes any ways why not get a GOOD pizza from someplace else?? The kids working there are rude and unhygenic. One worker had had her shoes off and was rubbing her sweaty feet. They were making pizzas with no gloves. I only gave 1 star because I can't give zero. Avoid this place at all cost! Go to fat jacks pizza, have a pizza in 10 minutes that tastes good and is worth your money. read more

WORST PLACE EVER!! I'm tempted to open a Little Caesars across the street, just to put them out of business. I wish I could give a lower rating than one star. Went through the drive through, and I was the only car. They weren't busy at all. After placing my order and waiting for 10 minutes, the worker came back and asked me again for my order. After telling him again, he then asked me to pull around front and they would bring it out. I waited out front for 15 minuets, then went inside to ask what was taking so long. They had forgotten about me, and handed me a lukewarm pizza that had obviously been sitting for a while. So much for hot and ready. I don't blame the high school kids working. I went on Friday at the beginning of the month and the line was out the door, the drive through was wrapped around the building blocking parking. I was supprized how well they dealt with the rush, it was only about 10 minutes waiting to get the front of the line, and that was mostly due to a problem with a cash register that delayed them 5 minutes or more. When I ordered my pizza she said it would be 10-15 minutes, it was more like 2 minutes. read more

I have gave this location more than one try. Ive ordered online , ive called ahead and have done just the normal drive thru and somehow ive always had to "pull around and we will bring it right out to you" and usually minimum 15 mins they bring it out. The only thing this location has going for it is location or id guarantee you theyd be out of business. This used to be out quick dinner on busy game nights or any time we wanted to pick up something fast. But their services has gone downhill the last 2-3 years. Today I waited over 30 minutes for 2 large pizzas and some buffalo chicken wings. The wait was so long that 4 car behind us left. The car in front of us who also waited over a half hour only had some crazy bread!! Are you kidding me??!! I least I was waiting on dinner but the poor guy in from of me had a snack! This place is a joke, sat there for 25 minutes waiting when they said it would be ten minutes, they then approached me and asked what I ordered and said they had forgotten to print out the ticket. I was then treated as if it was my fault for not asking them why it was taking so long. There are way better places to get pizza in Payson avoid at all costs. read more
