Look, Domino's Pizza isn't fine dining. It's not a restaurant for a special occasion. But I was hungry and it's was around 12:30 am. They are open until 1:00 am which is very nice. I ordered online which was very quick and easy. I got Chicken Alfredo and Bread Twists. It's actually pretty good. I enjoyed it a lot more than I expected. It's not Michelin Star worthy, but it was well worth the $7.00 or whatever. read more

They always claim order is completed ready for pickup on the tracker and then it takes another 20+ minutes for it to actually be ready.

This location is lazy and doesn't want to do their jobs. They'll cancel your order out of nowhere even when ordering within business hours. Do better. read more

The food is way too cold by the time it gets to you. It should not take an hour and a half to get fast food, and that is exactly what Domino's is. read more

Ordering was easy, the food arrived in about 25 minutes, the delivery driver was nice, and the food was great (especially the brownies!) The garlic sauce we paid extra for was missing though. read more

Ordered from this location,Payson,Utah, way too many times however tonight will be the last time. Ordered at 4:22pm still had not received it by 5:30 so I called the store. They not only had not made our meal but told me it would be at least another 35 minutes. If this had been the first time or even the second this might not be such a big deal but it's not. Not only has this been going on for quite some time but so has the fact that we don't usually get what we ordered the first time. So take your chances if you have plenty of time to spare and like a mystery on what you will be eating if and when it gets there. read more

Ordered pizza here earlier today, while visiting family down in the area. Without a doubt the best Domino's I have ordered from in a while. My order had a few special requests, one being to make the pizza extra crispy and they nailed it. The pizza's were cooked perfectly to my taste and they didn't rip you off on toppings like other pizza places do. I 100% recommend the Payson Domino's. read more

This place has gone so far down hill that I can no longer eat here, even if it was 100% free. Today, when I got there, 2 out of 5 people were eating and drinking food, then placing it on the food preparation area without a plate or anything, then without washing their hands, they were making my food. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, he basically just said "sorry," but didn't offer any compensation or a sincere apology or try to rectify the situation in any way. The person that I believe was the assistant manager walked over and told him to go wash his hands and throw away his pizza slice. He did, and another teenager who was working there chuckled at our request. Nobody there seemed to take it seriously or care except for the lady that was the assistant manager (I think). They chalked it up to, 'it's hard to work with teenagers.' But, as a customer, that excuse doesn't satisfy me. If they can't do the job, fire them. If that's all that apply, then close down. Really disappointed with Domino's today. Normally it's my favorite pizza place to go and I order delivery from them once a month or more. Today I ordered online, as I always do. I was quoted online it would be 29 minutes to have it delivered. No problem. I placed my order. 75 minutes later and after spending 10 minutes on hold, I was told my pizza wasn't done yet. I wouldn't have minded waiting 75 minutes if that is what I was quoted, but now I have starving kids and no Pizza. I finally just cancelled the order and asked for a refund. read more

I've been to this store 3 times in the last three weeks. Every time they've screwed up the order. They give away the pizza to someone else. They made bone in wings instead of boneless wings. Of the three times they've screwed up and didn't give me my order on time, only once did they honor the 2 minute guarantee. Not sure if they have an experienced manager there, but their constant screw up rate them two stars. The quality of the pizzas is .....OK. only come here because the kids like it. read more

This is my first experience with this particular Domino's location. I've recently moved in the vicinity and I order Domino's because they're the only place that will deliver late. I don't usually expect much from any of the locations, but I've found the Spanish Fork location to be great and I've had the same luck with the Pleasant Grove one. I ordered my pizza at 11:15 PM and I got the notification of it leaving the store at 11:50. I figured that with it being late they were most likely short staffed (even though it's a Saturday night?). I received a notification on the pizza tracker that my pizza was delivered at 12:20. I figured this was an error, so I gave it another ten minutes before I'd call the store. At 12:35 I called the store to see what was going on and I waited three minutes on the phone just for the manager to answer by yelling quickly "please hold" and left me on hold for another five minutes. When I was put off of hold, I asked the manager what was going on and he said that the driver left for four different deliveries and most likely put them all in as delivered as soon as he had left. This obviously upset me because I knew that he didn't even leave the store the until 12:20. I asked the manager if my pizza was going to be cold then and he said if I wanted warm pizza I should've ordered earlier. The guy didn't arrive with my pizza until 12:56 (an hour and forty-five minutes after I had ordered) and it was cold. I'm no stranger to reheating pizza, so this didn't bother me much. What bothered me was the customer service I received from the store manager and how long it took to receive it. They were purposely sending out misinformation through the Domino's tracker so they wouldn't look bad. The fact it took them a whole half an hour to leave the store with my pizza after it was made and then another half an hour to arrive is ridiculous. It was probably cold before it even left the store. I doubt I'll order from here again. read more

Pizza places are a dime-a-dozen; so long as it is hot, greasy, and smothered with cheese and other toppings, it's difficult not to earn repeat business. Domino's pizza generally always meets those criteria for me. As a result, I don't rate pizza places poorly often, if ever. There is just one issue that comes up frequently I order from this location, despite addressing it in my comments online or over the phone when I order. Each time a 2-liter of soda is ordered, they forget it. The delivery driver brings the delicious pizza to my home and I ask them to go bring the drinks I ordered; they either say they will go get it from their location, or the gas station. After waiting 40-90 minutes for the pizza, it's annoying to wait even longer for such a simple thing; do they think I'll forget that I paid for it? Two of the times I ordered online, they simply didn't return (I can't exactly refuse to pay at that point). Unfortunately, both those orders were near closing time and nobody answered when I called 20-30 minutes later. Since it isn't worth the time or hassle to follow-up in the days following (really, nobody wants to be THAT customer), I've opted to order from other companies in the area. Their pizza is awesome. The memory of drinks and integrity to bring what I ordered is quite lacking, however. read more

Normally I'm pretty satisfied with Domino's but my pizza last evening was seriously lacking. When I got home I noticed it just didn't look "good". I ate a piece and it didn't taste good either. My wife came home later and didn't want any after she saw it. I'm not sure what they did to it. Today my wife commented that they either didn't wait for the crust raise. First off, I dont blame the kids working for this review. This place has a management issue. Every basic customer service issue can be found here. The indifference of the employees is reflected in the pizza. It's just plain crap. I'm done ordering from this place. I'll go to pizza hut where at least I get what I order and the pizza is at least average. I cannot reiterate enough that the management at this store is so bad, that they need lessons from the management at Little Caesars. That's how bad it is here. Seems like they are having issues getting orders out at a decent time and getting orders down correctly. I think the management needs to come in and whip them into shape in that regard. They are very friendly to talk to, but the service is not so great it seems. Maybe they just had a really big order before I came in and they were trying to catch up?... Dominos is usually very hit and miss, in my experience, but my order here was great! Hot pizza, toppings were correct (I always order extra cheese and never get it but this one was perfect!) and friendly service, and only took 15 minutes. My only complaint is that I live about 5 minutes away and they don't deliver. read more

This Domino's is highly disappointing. The service was fine. Any standard online pizza ordering, but we won't be ordering here again. Hardly any cheese on the pizza with a lot of sauce. A few burnt pepperoni's, just looking at the pizza made me almost lose my appetite. Their "special crust" didn't happen either. Just plain not worth $8 pizza. Wow -- worst service ever. Signed up for new app, ordered pizza. got an email confirming it would be delivered in 20 minutes -- great. 50 minutes later I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Said they would send it right out. Course now it would be cold so they could either send it out or they could re-do it and it would be another hour. I cancelled it -- and deleted the App -- will never order Dominos again regardless of where. read more
