The mobile order is very convenient. You can track your order & when it's ready, you have a code to punch in & you can get your order from one of the heating compartments. It's pretty rad ! We came here on a whim since it was close by at the time and I'm so very glad we did. This hidden gem does their box lunch combo all day unlike the locations situated in town and that in itself really motivates me to come here more often. Each box combo comes with four slices of their delicious premium hand tossed Chicago style pizza that is topped with abundant amounts of their signature marinara sauce and 100% mozzarella cheese. Each bite is simply better than the last. The meal even comes with a 20 ounce bottle of Pepsi! The male server who took my order was very attentive, had a very cheerful demeanor and was also very knowledgeable about the menu as well. One order Crazy Bread and red sauce combo $3.00. The Detroit Style Deep Dish Ultimate Supreme pizza looked really good! The rectangular shaped pizza had a nice heaping of toppings, thick bread-like crust, and crispy outer edges. Sadly to find, the middle sections of the pizza were undercooked. The dough was still raw. Our excitement was quickly dashed. Just as they advertise, the Classic Pepperoni pizza had a lot of pepperoni on their pan crust. A slice of pepperoni in each bite! Yum The crazy bread sticks come eight sticks in a bag with their sweet red sauce. Slightly on the chewy side, but it's garlicky, buttery and soft. Mmmm. As for the undercooked Detroit Style Deep Dish Ultimate Supreme pizza, we took it back to Little Caesars. After the employees saw the raw dough, they immediately put in another order for us. Thankfully, the wait wasn't long. They had constant customers. Eagerness awaits to partake in this deep dish pizza. However, the middle section of the pizza again was undercooked, though not as much as the previous one. We decided to pop it in the oven at 350 degrees, lowest rack, for 20 minutes, hoping the toppings won't get overcooked. After baking it, the dough was pretty much cooked, some toppings did get dried out, and the texture was not the same as coming out freshly baked from their oven. Overall, the pizzas and breading were good but on the greasy side. Their bread sticks were good too, which comes with a side of red sauce, which is on the sweet side, to dip in.   Employees were courteous, and the employee ringing up orders was super fast and on it. Title: Crazy for Stuffed Crazy bread! The stuffed crazy bread is my go to when I go into Little Caesars. However, it's a hit or miss on the consistency. Sometimes the breadsticks have little to no cheese in them or they forget to butter and add Parmesan For some orders. When we order we order a few bags at a time for the family and equality just isn't the same as it used to be. On a positive note, it's one of my favorite go twos so when I'm in Kaneohe every once in a while I stop by to grab a bag for myself hoping it's a good batch. Service has improved since I been Door Dashing & picking up orders from this location. I often pick up dinner for my own family when I'm done dashing also & Isaac is one of the workers that will be sure the dash orders are correct & make things right if there is something missing. We see each other enough that greetings of "Drive Safe" or have a Good day is common. The Pizza App deals are great. Pizza is good & the cheesy Bread tonight was really ONO! I asked the cashier if they were open to order and he dully informed me, yes they are, the registers are down and are only taking cash. I asked if they had any mini pizza pies?! Such a lovely experience! My mom and I were in such a hurry and was welcome in with so much warmth. The lady in the front was so down to earth and recommended what we needed after a trying day. I think she said her name was Muta?? Haven't had a pizza pizza since K-Mart closed in Salt Lake. I asked if they sold pizza buy the piece she said no and offered the lunch combo. They suck. Service has gone downhill so fast. I've done doordash from them to not even receive everything. I'm owed probably like 5 crazy breads at this point from the amount of times they left it out of my order. Last couple times I've gone in the crazy bread was either too crispy (brown) or too oily. The last time I went in was maybe less than a month ago and I was the only person in line. No one else in there. I was going in literally for a crazy combo which they have in the warmers. Placed the order around 6:30 pm and it said my order would be ready at 7:04 pm. I got there early about 6:55 pm and I was delighted that my pizza was ready! It was in the warmer. This post is mainly for the pizza glasses guy at the counter. The pizza and bread is decent enough. I mean not top notch but cheap enough. Funny that when they open there is not too much pizza or anything like that. Just empty shelves. Anyways, at the recommendation of a friend I went to experience glasses man and was lucky to get a two for one. First, glasses man just stood there and was staring at idk what behind the counter while I stood there for at least 2 minutes. He finally decided to look up (and not even at me) and with not even a word, just stared. So I guess I have to speak. I ordered and was happy to be blessed to meet this wonderful person. But don't be sad if you don't get glasses man, there is also grouchy man #2, little more husky but maybe about 2% more personality than glasses man. At least he looked at the customer. Just plain no customer service from both that I've witnessed. I've seen previous posts about glasses man and have finally experienced him. I guess they must be family, or just can't get caring workers these days. Anyways, if you want a good show on how not to serve customers, you know where to go. The service at the Kaneohe location I witnessed was appalling. There were four young male adults who were working, one was eating his McDonalds and the other three were working supposedly. All four employees were ignoring the customers at the front registers playing their loud music. There was no acknowledgment for a few minutes. I did an online order and the app said my order was ready for pick up, so after waiting I asked politely, "Excuse me could I pick up my order as it was not in the front pick up box". One of the workers said it was not ready. There was an uncle waiting to be helped after me and none of the staff acknowledged him. I notified an employee there was someone in the front waiting to order and he ignored me. Another employee came to the register and proceeded to ignore the uncle in front of the line and assisted the customer behind him. Confused I told the ignorant employee that the uncle in the front had been waiting to be serviced for about 10 minutes. The employee just responded with, "oh okay I know" with a blank look. With zero empathy to give to these employees who have much to learn I walked out with choice words in honor of the uncle who didn't get his pizza. Sorry uncle! read more

Their hours on the website and on their door says open at 10am. I tried to go in around 10:05am the door was locked. I see people in the back and tried to call but no answer. I wait in my car a little and see a worker go in and finally another worker already inside turns on the lighted "open" sign. I wait a few more minutes and by then it's 10:15am so I try to go in again and the doors are still locked with the workers in the back. I know they heard someone attempting to walk in because the door made a decent noise when I attempted to open the doors but no one came out to explain or anything. I love that their menu items are simple and few. You don't get lost in all the choices. My daugher and I actually drove from Makiki to Kaneohe just to have some of their cheese bread sticks which is uncomparable to any cheese bread sticks out there. It is BOMB! The staff was friendly and attentive and our food was quick to make as we only order bread sticks and a stuffed option. I ordered a small order of crazy breads for me and my wife and the woman in the front said it would be about a 10 minute wait... not too crazy of a wait but 5 minutes go by and I finally hear the lady at the counter say "Guys there is no bread, drop bread." Understandably she said I had to wait for the bread, but why did she take 5 minutes to ask for it? No other customers were in the lobby to order so she must've seen that as an opportunity to start singing and dancing behind the pizza warmers to vulgar music that was playing in their shop on full blast!?! I find this so unprofessional! I don't know her name but she had all kine face jewelry and neck tattoos working the counter!?! This woman should not be working the counter. She looks BLOWN. I also seen her go up to what it looked like to be a younger high-school kid maybe, she then caressed his back side while he turned around surprised and disgusted!Besides witnessing that, There Is a gap you can look through at the counter to see the back of the shop. While looking back there I seen a short filipino looking dude eating his food at the table where it looks like the pizzas are made. He dropped pieces of his food on the ground and then kicked it under that table while he was talking to another heavyset woman who I watched kick her pepperonis and other trash AWAY from the TRASH CAN under the table ?!?!? I'm assuming these workers are either new? or "Management" because they had on different black T-shirt uniforms, (Everyone else wore grey shirts) I was so disgusted by the things I seen the workers doing. Not to even mention the walls in the back are covered with grease and dust, the floor is covered with muddy foot prints and crumbs everywhere. Just look around at where you're eating. With the unfortunate demise of Kmart, I thought there would never be another opportunity to eat Little Caesars in Hawaii. Thankfully, the chain has started opening their own locations in recent months, the most recent being in Kaneohe. We planned a day out and about and this was our last stop for some pizza and bread on the way home. This location is in the Kaneohe shopping center located near Foodland and Denny's. Parking is plentiful and free, but this area is busy. The storefront is new, bright, and clean. Locations on the mainland have looked like this for the past few years. As of this writing, they don't have a sign, so it's not the easiest to see from the main roads. Coming inside, the staff were nice and friendly. Drinks are to the left, with the Hot-N-Ready area behind the counter. They're still working out the kinks of having enough of each item ready without having too many to not be fresh anymore. With the amount of people coming in, we did have to wait a while, but it was worth it for hot food. We had a plain pizza, and a few sides including the Crazy Combo and dessert. Pizza options include plain, pepperoni, ultimate, veggie, and a build-your-own option. They also have deep dish if grease is your thing! All the food was packaged nicely and cooked correctly. Getting it home, we all enjoyed having Little Caesar's back, but it's not as good as it used to be. Honestly, we think everything needed a bit more butter/garlic/grease to be the perfect comfort fast food pizza. Prices are super cheap for the amount you get. Pizza! Pizza! This new business just opened this month - March 2018! Located in the Windward City Shopping Center in Kaneohe, Little Caesar's pizza is a welcomed addition! It's situated between Kozo Sushi and Starbucks, across the parking lot from Kentucky Fried Chicken. It's takeout only, so there are three new parking stalls right in front of the shop, marked with "5 minute parking" on the ground. I got the Classic Pepperoni pizza for $8, but I was charged only $7.33 with tax! It must be a special Grand Opening price? There were 8 slices, so normally, it's about a dollar a slice! What a deal! I wanted the Lunch combo which is served between 11am and 2pm on weekdays. Seems like a convenient meal since it includes a drink. However, I was told that it's $5 in California...uhg! Not fair! I like pizza. I mean, really, really like pizza, where I would request pizza as my last meal "like" pizza. I was anxiously awaiting the opening of another Little Caesars in Kaneohe, after all these years. Omgooodness you wouldn't believe how excited I was to see a family walking with pizza boxes in hand! Practically jumping up and down, I told my husband "ooooh they're OPEN!" And of course we just had to run on over to check it out. Little Caesars is located between Supercuts and Starbucks in Windward City Shopping Center, where a credit union used to be. The new and improved shops feature a bunch of items as "Hot n Ready" which is great if you are in a rush. They even have a lunch combo for $6.49 which includes pizza and a soda. Tonight we picked up their 8 piece Deep Deep Dish Cheese for $12 and a 8 piece Classic Pepperoni for $7. Our kids were excited when we got home, exclaiming "I smell PIZZA!" and couldn't wait to dig into the boxes. My favorite is the deep deep dish, because it is just sooo cheesey! Today, I just happened to be on the east side and was craving some pizza! Upon entering, I saw they had a maximum of three people in the store at a time. When I placed my order, they had nothing in stock so I had to wait 15 minutes. I didn't mind the wait at all. The reason I'm giving them three stars because my pizza wasn't cut!
