YESTERDAY - 06/22/25 - I had to call in my order - cause who can even figure it out on the website ?? Not me !!! The girl was super helpful. Order placed and then the driver called me to say he was like 2 minutes away. That was helpful too. He showed up at the door and my sister's dog went completely nuts. Smashing into the screen door so I told him just to leave it on the ground. It was the BEST pizza ever. We loved it. Only later did my sister ask me how I had tipped the driver which made me realize I had not. So I called him back from the call he made to me and he confirmed that I had not tipped - but it was no problem at all. My sister is down with a total knee replacement and we needed this food delivery. I begged him to please come back and get his tip. Such a sweetie !!! This whole experience with Pizza Hut was a 10 out of 10. I just wish I knew the girl's name that helped me with my order and the delivery guy's name. My mom was craving pizza for dinner and we were about 5 minutes from our local Pizza Hit so called in her order. When we arrived her pizza was hot and ready. The staff was fast and friendly. Reopened today! 10-16-2021! Available for takeout, delivery, and in-store pickup. Got the daily deal of two medium pizzas for 7.99 each. Two toppings. Thin or thick crust. Tipped the driver cash. Was told 45 minutes and we got it in 20 hot and fresh! Oozey cheese and nice meat toppings. Great portion sizes on top, every slice had lots to enjoy. 10/10 recommend! read more

It's Christmas Day 2021 and you are hungry. Where do you go in Kaneohe for a hot, fresh pizza? Pizza Hut of course. Pili at the front was courteous and did not have the attitude of "why am I here on Christmas Day". She was helpful with my order and tried to search for a deal based on my items. She took my order and said it would be 15 minutes. No problem and I will wait in my car a bit and then go back when it's close to being pau. But before the 15 mins was up, this other employee opens the back door to the restaurant and has our order in hand. He said he saw us drive in and place the order so he knew this was ours. Just wanted to give a massive shoutout to the 12/9/22 Evening manager Sharice (apologies if I'm spelling it incorrectly). She was extremely helpful, empathetic, and quick to resolving the situation. Her keen eye noticed we were waiting for a long time, quickly collected our mobile order and made her way over to our vehicle just as we were about to walk in. Even though we never expressed any frustration , she read the situation carefully and took the time to apologize on the spot. Not only that, she asked about the troubles we experienced with the "I'm here" feature on the mobile app so that she could make some recommendations to the appropriate departments to hopefully fix the issue. She was kind enough to issue a partial refund for the delay, although unnecessary for me, I'm extremely grateful! Having managed another pizza joint I won't name the name of, I know how hectic it can get especially on a Friday night. I am thankful for her attentiveness and willing to go the extra mile. During the COVID-19 "Shelter-In-Place" County Order, I was able to place an order over the phone, pay by credit card, and have it delivered to the wonderful team at Holy Family Care Home. I'm pleased to learn that Holy Family staff received the goodies and enjoyed their early dinner of pizza, wings, and cookies before their shift ended for the day. I don't have have any experience in house eating, but there is a buffet for lunch and dinner. I usually go online to order then pick up. They have a new rewards system online with a username that you'll have to sign up for. As points adds up, the rewards are free pizza and whatnot. They definitely have deals on prices online for carry out. This place usually isn't packed so there is always an abundant amount of parking. The pizza is sometimes a hit or miss with the amount of toppings that they give. They have not got any orders wrong whenever I order online. Everyone is nice that works there. Ok I will update my review. Seems like they got an overhaul of new employees so the experience is much different. Honestly, I've been avoiding coming back but we really wanted some fast pizza so we figured we would try it again. I placed my order online and my husband went to pick up. He said the lady who helped him was courteous and friendly, the pizza was ready when he arrived and it tasted great when he brought it home. This is one of my go-to Pizza Hut locations for carry-out and I always have great experiences here. The young lady who usually mans the register is really friendly. The pizzas I've ordered are always delicious of better quality than some of the other Pizza Hut locations that seem to slap their pizzas together without any thought. read more

This location For me and my family has never disappointed. I have never eaten at the Pizza Hut this review is based solely on my daughter who is asked to go here are a couple of times for dinner. This past weekend my husband and I have some errands to run and my daughter asked if she could have pizza. I called and was given some specials to choose from and went with the large one topping. This was the worst experience I had from Pizza Hut ever! I ordered 3 medium pizzas online,1 pepperoni and 2 cheese, for my kids since I was going out to dinner with my sisters. While I'm at dinner the pizza gets delivered 1 hour later. But it's not my pizza, so my son calls me to tell me the driver only has a big New Yorker. So I excuse myself from dinner to call Pizza Hut, the call center then connected me to the manager at the Kaneohe location where my order was placed. I didn't get his name but it was a male, and I confirmed with him that I was indeed talking to the Kaneohe location. He asked me to describe the driver, so I had to call my son back to describe the driver, he said it was a tiny Asian lady, so I tell the manager and he said he doesn't have any drivers that fit that description, at this point I'm like what is happening!! He then finds out that it was a door dash driver that delivered my order, and I said why? I didn't order from door dash I ordered from the Pizza Hut website, he then said something about when they get busy door dash helps. He apologized and said he'd send the pizzas out right away. By now I'm home from my dinner and my kids are starving! 1 1/2 hours later no pizza! I call back and the call center calls the Kaneohe location and the manager is saying he has no idea what I'm talking about and doesn't want to get on the phone to talk to me, because they are closing, hello it was 8:30 and they're open til 10! He also said he had no access and couldn't give me a refund. So the awesome call center girl, was able to get me credit, so when I call in tomorrow it should be covered. It not even her fault. But really what kind of business are they running in Kaneohe and I'd like to know who the manager I was talking to for 10 minutes was. And then didn't do anything! read more

Don't ever order from Pizza Hut Kaneohe, Why, have a tracker saying your order is on its way. Then it takes 1 hour. I live less then 5 mins away Then I called to cancel the order. She tells me that there is nothing they can do. If I wanted to cancel my order . I would have to return the pizza to Pizza Hut. Does that make sense. I said really, your kidding me. I order delivery so I don't have to drive there , now I have to drive to return the pizza. I got the pizza, it was warm, not hot. Honestly this Pizza Hut is a hit or miss. My pizza sometimes has cheese, sometimes the slice has a dime amount and it's all bread.. like tonight! I don't know who was in a rush, but, it shows. What's the big deal about Pizza Hut? My coworkers INSISTED that I pick up one for them on my night off because we start our shift at 11pm and Pizza Hut closes at 10pm when we're usually napping before work. Our aide suggested we get the 18" New Yorker one-topping pizza for $10.46 (tax included) because that's what they get for their church group and it's a good deal. It is usually cut into 12 slices - perfect for the 6 of us! I couldn't imagine why they wanted to eat a cold pizza when we could have a fresh frozen one. They argued that they could have frozen anytime. They wanted Pizza Hut and were willing to heat it up in the microwave. Reluctantly, I followed their commands as they all ganged up on me and I was the odd man out. I called for take out at 5:30pm since I was on my way home from doing errands. I had to spell my name out a few times. I should have said my name was Susan or Hello Kitty! LOL!! When I got there, there were many free parking spaces. This location is between Fresh Catch & American Savings Bank on Kamehameha Highway in Kaneohe Town. I went right up to the pleasant cashier and she handed over the fresh and steamy pizza right away. It was a smooth transaction - no waiting! I have a feeling that my coworkers will be asking for Pizza Hut again. They enjoyed the "sweet" tomato sauce and the crunchy edges (I warmed up the pizza in the oven on my pizza stone). However, the middle of the pizza remained mushy. The low rating was a surprise to me... Must be because of just a few unusual and unfortunate circumstances. Sorry... I had the buffet a long time ago and I don't remember any bad experiences - just seemed to be a good deal for the price. Bad customer service! Only one server working on a Friday night! We came here after my sons Christmas concert and was seated within 5 minutes. My family (wife and 2 kids) went with the dinner buffet and her parents wanted to order a big New Yorker. It took the server 30 min to take our order and the Pizza came out 30 min later. We ended up taking the pizza home because it took so long and the kids were sleepy. The dinner buffet was good for its price but the pizza was old and cold. Also the salad bar wasn't refilled the hour I was eating there. All in all I probably won't be coming back to this Pizza Hut, I will probably try the dinner buffet at brick oven pizza. ***slow service*** read more

I ordered 2 family packs of the chicken Alfredo pastas, a pizza, 2 desserts, and 2 pepsis-- everything was fine until we came across the pastas. After taking a couple bites of the pasta, my sister immediately ran to the sink and threw up. She described the pasta as "sour and gross". After seeing that i tried my pasta and it tasted completely fine. After inspecting her pan, we could tell that my pasta looked and smelled different from hers. She had eaten spoiled pasta... My boys like to come here. I believe its the only place that has a buffet. Hours are from 11am - 2pm daily and runs about $13 buck with drink which include taxes. The buffet has a nice selection although my boys attack the buffet when they see the waiter bring in fresh pizza. Salad bar is nice as well. Its really a hit or miss kinda joint. We came here on a tuesday afternoon in time for the lunch buffet. I didn't know a Pizza Hut buffet existed here in Hawaii till my boyfriend told me! It was the two of us and my 2 year old son. They have their own small parking lot and it wasn't that busy when we arrived. We were greet right away as well as seated which is always a plus! For their lunch special, it's $10.99 per adult and all you can eat and drink. At the time we went there, there was one choice of pasta, salad bar, 4 pizzas to choose from, 1 dessert pizza, pre cut bread sticks, and pepsi product drinks of your choice. If you're not a pizza person and don't mind the greasy food then this is a heaven place for you! But of course if you want salad, it's salad bar all day with 2 choice of greens, croutons, 4 different salad dressings, carrots, cucumbers, onions, bell peppers, and olives (From what I remember). We ate so much I felt like I was waddling out of the restaurant with happiness. haha. Last, I just want to thank the lady who welcomed us, cleaned up our finished plates, and checked me out at the register when it was time to pay. (First off, i have no complaints about the friendly staff member that served me.) I don't know if Pizza Hut changed their recipe or what but I picked up 3 New Yorker pizzas on 12/20/21 and all 3 did not taste good at all! The whole pizza, especially the crust, was super dry, almost tasteless and a thin bottom layer kept peeling off. Normally, Pizza Hut is our favourite, but if this is what the pizza is like from this particular location (newly renovated and now combined with a Taco Bell drive thru), I honestly think I will have to get Little Caesars in Kaneohe next time instead. Reliable. Affordable. Always on time. I prefer Papa John's, however I think Pizza Hut is pretty good. My hubby on the other hand does not like Papa John's, so we usually order delivery from Pizza Hut, and they've never forgotten anything, and we always get our pizza's nice and hot on the estimated time of arrival as well. If I could give this location a 0 I would ! Placed an online order at 10:03pm which had an estimated delivery time of 31-41 minutes. Got a call at 10;45pm stating they are running 10 minutes behind which was totally fine they offered $5 off my total. Got a text at 10:54pm stating my order was out for delivery. We've waited & waited. 11:38pm came I decide to call (which I didn't know they had closed already) the 1800# to get an update on our order by this time I thought they had just canceled because we was paying cash. I try calling the 643 number right after and of course they was closed (11:40pm). I lost all hope but 3 minutes later (11:43pm) I get a call from a number I don't recognize which I didn't answer but had my husband look out the window as we heard a car pull up and there our food was an hour late & very much cold. First time we had a bad experience with this location. It was fine with running 10 minutes behind but it would've been nice to know they was running much more behind then they said. I had emailed them and didn't get a call/email back I called To check if anyone will contact me back they said by Thursday which it came and went ! Probably won't go to this location again. *UPDATE* I have reached out once again as asked in the comment & nothing ! I wasn't expecting anything just for them to be aware. This is a follow up from my last review from on line order from Pizza Hut Kaneohe. I did get an email and a phone call regarding my concern a few days later. The person(forgot his name) did apologize and offered to send me a pizza for the inconvenience of the App not being accurate with the wait time. I declined and I thank him for recognizing my concern to take this to the appropriate department. I will attempt to purchase pizza again at a later time to see if the problem has be fixed. read more

Before the new location it had already had a history of problems with having the wrong order on two separate occasions. First phone order I make to the new location. From the initial call it took half an hour before I got a text that my delivery was on its way, Yahoo! Right?!. I thought that was awesome and a good start mind you it's only a 8 minute drive from my home to the Kaneohe Pizza Hut location. Long story short a half hour goes by so I call the store and someone from the store says the driver had to turn around because he forgot something. even if he had to turn around why did it take 45 minutes for the driver to actually show up when it's only a 8 minute drive from my home? the only good thing I have to say is the food was warm and the pasta was okay but the cheese on the pizza tasted terrible to the point my 5 year old didn't like it. When a kid that age who loves pizza says he didn't like the cheese you know it's substandard. I wouldn't recommend delivery or the pizza. Hopefully this is an isolated issue but based on pass experience I think not. read more
