I love fast food; not to eat all the time but I appreciate simple, cheap, and consistently fun food. Little Caesars has been a favorite fast food pizza place for me for years. I loved grabbing it on weekends at the spot in KMart on Iwelei; after that closed there were none on Oahu for a long time. Thankfully a new franchisee has been opening them around the island, but none were close to town until now. In the spot of the old Domino's Pizza next to Teddy's and across from Long's, this spot has a dedicated free easy parking lot. It's also another great option for carry out to BYOF places like Beer Lab nearby. The location itself isn't much to offer; it's just the checkout counter with the Hot-N-Ready heat cabinets behind. They also have a refrigerator with Pepsi products to the left of the door. I had to stop in on day one, just for some snacks. The cashier was enthusiastic and friendly - excited to be open. They have all the usual food options from plain and pepperoni pizzas to breadsticks and chicken. Call ahead or use the app, but this is the kind of place the food is always ready. In my way to pick up dinner bento from Kokorotei I saw the signage on the sidewalk announcing $9 pizzas. While I had already ordered food for the family I couldn't help gravitating to Little Caesars to get the inexpensive pepperoni pizzas for my grandchildren. Staff was outgoing and very helpful. When my bentos were ready so we're my pizzas! The pizzas were hot out the oven and the heavenly smell of baked pizza crust, cheese and pepperoni permeated the car. Darn, I should have ordered a pizza for myself! My grandkids had pizza for dinner and I guess the bentos will be dinner for another night. According to my 3 grandkids their pizzas got 6 thumbs up! I learned we have a Little Caesars in Mo'ili'ili and I got excited. Oh, how I've missed Kmart LC visits since Kmart has closed. This spot is convenient, and there is usually parking right in front of the store, but there is also a parking lot at the end of the building. The first time I went for my stuffed crazy bread, and there were only 3 breadsticks in the package. That was my first visit, and I knew they had recently opened so, I chocked it up to "just opened" and getting the store in order. When I went back my second time, there were only 3 breadsticks again. This time, the breadsticks looked so sad, they were squished into a tube shape, and each breadstick looked deflated, as if they were run over by a pizza! Pizza! delivery truck. The staff is friendly and helpful, but I'm not a fan of what they've done to my stuffed breadsticks. I may have to go back to enjoying LC when I'm in Waipahu instead. read more

Little Cedars pizza University location-- used an online soecial this labor day evening for 2 one-topping pizzas for $7.98 each. A very good discount but HORRIBLE pizza! They must use all old ingredients for their discount, specials or coupon pizza orders. Ordered online, it was eat ready upon arrival, no other customers were there, easy pick up except i noticed the box was not hot just lukewarm which shud have tipped me off but i was rushing to get home so we could eat. Bug mistake! Nobody could eat either pizza--bread was very dry --being declared stale tomorrow morning--sauce and toppings didn't go to the edge --1st pizza i've seen w/ a 3inch cryst all the way around. Toppings very sparsely applied as we culd see the pizza crust thru some areas. Lukewarm so as not to further dry out the stale crust so toppings did not taste cooked. These pizzas were inedible and bland not worth the drive to pick them up. They must use old ingredients for their discounted pizzas. Let's be frank. You don't come here for anything fancy but you know what you're getting when you do. Fast, cheap, and good enough pizza and breadsticks. A great option to have around as inflation soars. Online ordering is painless and offers a few great deals so I recommend doing that. Also, though they offer order tracking, at busy times you might as well head down for your order as there may not be enough space to put it in the grab and go area. We ordered some food for the office and tried to call the number but they didn't answer between the time they opened and 30 minutes into opening. It's fine. We get it, people are busy. So we opted to do online ordering which is simple and easy. We get there and the music is blasting outside of the store. I don't mind music but it was kind of not the genre for a business located in an area with elderly. Lol. But hey, music is music anywhere and if it's what makes your workers happy and moving, let it be. We ordered two deep dish pizzas and a calzone special. The crust of all was great. The inside of the deep dish wasn't fully cooked and because it's so thick I guess maybe it needed more time. To be honest the toppings to the deep dish were lacking. The cheese was sparse, the sauce was not enough and the toppings were also sparse. However, compared to other pizza places, the price is much less, so you have to adjust in other ways. The calzone seemed to be the winner for all. I, just myself found it greasier and it showed. However, it's full or meat and cheese and no sauce to soak the oil. Marinara is served on the side. The taste is flavorful but just heavy for me. All in all, if you want bargain pizza that is decent in taste, this will be our go to pizza. read more

Stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon with a girlfriend and we ordered the lunch combo - a small deep dish pizza and soda for $9; can not beat that! I think the offer is only a pepperoni deep dish but I asked if they could do just cheese and they were able to accommodate me. My friend got the pepperoni and it was the perfect lunch before we headed to work. Pizza was nice and cheesy with a good amount of sauce. This was my second time grabbing from this location and both times service has been so great! The workers are so kind and open to helping out if you have any questions. NO LONGER KING OF THE BREADSTICKS I remember when I was a kid. Money had to go a long way. It was $.99 Taco Bell bean burritos, $.99 jumbo jack and Little Cesar Crazy Bread. We would have the runs from eating all these cheap unhealthy food, it it was worth it. We'll, I put in a double order for Crazy Bread hoping to bring back the memories. Was totally a shock. They sure changed since then. The bread was nothing like the Hanna Baddah Dayz. Matter fact, must get Hanna Baddah on this cuz it tasted like it was swabbing some noses. The bread sticks were dry and flaky like. No consistent taste when you take a bite. The outside was crispy in some parts and really dried out in others. No flashbacks, just regret. These breadstick looks like what happens when a pizza get hemorrhoids. Sorry Little Cesar's! Had a good thing. Shouldn't mess with it. Even Pizza Hut was good in the day and they mess up their recipes also now. If this is an indication of how the pizza crust is. Pass. Get other pizza joints nearby worthy your time and money. Tried calling several times and went to a recording...finally got thru and girl was very rude and hung up on me when I asked her name....

Do. Not. Go. To. This. Store. We got cooked cheese on top of uncooked pizza dough so naturally we tried to call back to try and get it corrected. I have come here a few times since I signed up for coupons via their website and they have some great deals! They have this pizza portal where you just type in the code on your email and it's like a pizza mailbox but it's kept hot for you! Last night I went and it was super busy and a few orders were taking longer than the promised time. I went in to check if my order was ready and they just hadn't put it in the portal yet. It was behind the counter. The employee was very friendly and smiled and apologized for the wait. Great service and great pizza! Love the crazy bread and butter garlic sauce! OMGEE... finally a store in town! I ordered take out for the bf to pick up on his way home from work. 1 large stuffed crust pepperoni and I order of roasted chicken wings. Less than $20!!! BE CAREFUL... the quick swinging door caught my bf on his heel but he's ok... just a small cut. Pizza could have cooked a tiny bit longer but I still love it. Stupid. Short answer. Long answer? I ordered a classic pepperoni pizza online and it said that it would be ready in 15 min. I arrive with 3 other people receiving their orders. After everyone receives their orders, it was finally my turn to pick up my pizza. Alas, it wasn't ready yet. I said my name, person at the front didn't even ask for my order number which would've made more sense if you couldn't find my order. I'm waiting, a couple other customers come pick their orders up. I'm still waiting. Person at the front tells me my pizza is coming out soon. It's been 15 min since I entered. I'm still waiting. A customer comes in and orders a pizza. STILL WAITING. The person that ordered a pizza WHILE I WAS THERE got their pizza before me. At this point I'm thinking "is waiting 50 min just for a dumb pizza even worth it at this point." So I drove off pissed. I decide to call them to cancel my order. Calling: One ring and it goes straight to voicemail. Except I'm told by the automatic voice bot that they didn't set up their voicemail, so I can't even leave a voicemail to get a call back. I call a second time and they pick up. I hear a loud static like sound coming from the speaker, then I hear a faint "Hello?" So I answer back but then it immediately gets quiet and I can't hear the other person from the Pizza place. Irritated, I hangup thinking the connection was just bad so I'll give them another call. I call the place for a good 10 min trying to get through, either goes straight to voicemail or just rings. Finally after calling over and over again, they pick up. Same deal, static and very faint voice. I proceed to tell them I wanted to cancel my order. After a few words exchanged, it goes silent again. (How do you operate a pizza place with such a shitty phone? Get it replaced!) I remember a customer that came in that had the same issue, she said "I tried to call to get my order canceled but I couldn't..." gee I wonder why!? I'm beyond irritated at this point in the call, I hang up thinking I've lost out on the money. After a couple of minutes I get an email that I've gotten the refund. I'm so glad that this new location is near my house. Usually I have to go all the way to Waipahu for my little caesars fix. They're located right next to Teddy's. If you're not familiar with the area, it's kinda near the longs and Burger King near UH. Note: the phone number that Yelp and google lists is incorrect. We mentioned to the workers that the phone number was wrong but they said they're not in charge of Yelp. Anyway, onto what we ordered. We got the Italian cheese bread (of course) and some chicken wings. They have different wing flavors but my fave is the buffalo wings. But for some reason when I placed my order i mistakenly asked for barbecue wings instead of buffalo wings. SMH. But by the time I realized my error the worker already filled the order for the barbecue wings. But since I actually wanted buffalo wings they were quick to change my order. i felt bad because they already prepared the barbecue wings but the workers were honestly so nice about it. The customer service was top notch. So friendly, so accommodating and so genuine. I was pleasantly surprised because it's a rarity to come across employees that actually like their job.
