Thought I would try it after it had been reopened. Still the worst! Sat in drive thru for over 30 mins. Finally to the window... they took my payment asked me to move forward. Another ten mins passed. As I pulled forward a man came out yelling he had waiting over 1/2 an hour and they did not refund his money. Three people behind me got pizza. I ordered sausage pizza and a 2 liter off of the app. Pizza was ready before the time it was promised. Great news as we all were pretty hungry. Pick up was easy and fast. The pizza was so fresh and cooked perfectly. The crust was so buttery and very tasty. What a great value for the money. read more

Ordered a pretzel pizza and got a regular pepperoni then drive all the way back and go inside to get a "pretzel" pizza which is really just a regular pizza with cheese sauce add salt. fr fr constantly let's you down and would recommend to spend your money else where. read more

Sat at the last window for 20 minutes waiting for 1 pizza. Not very hot and ready. Should be common courtesy to let you know it's going to be nearly a half hour before you get your pizza. No one even came to the window and let us know what was going on. read more

I love their pizza! I suggest to order online and then wait 30 min before going to pick it up as the service takes a while. I also suggest to pick light sauce and the crazy bread stuffed crust! The Italian cheese bread is also amazing! Make sure to check your food before you leave as sometimes they will mess it up. read more

We haven't been here in about two years. Our last experience was that bad. They advertise hot and fresh, it's not. After waiting 25 minutes, we get our order. Go home to find RAW Crazy Bread. Look at the pictures. Disgusting. I call and I'm told we can get another order. Well, we are eating and I was hoping to eat it all together. They never offered delivery or another option. Although my pizzas were not to my liking when I ordered and received them, the manager was gracious enough to apologize and replace them. I order specific pizzas with no sauce due to dietary restrictions. When I received the first pizzas they were quite overcooked and burnt. I called and let the restaurant know of the problems. They remade my pizzas and even gave me an extra one along with their apologies. Very good customer service. read more

Wish I could give it less than one star. The workers here are paid to be rude, apathetic, and to not have any food prepared ever, apparently. There are never enough "hot n ready" pizzas, well...ready. No matter what you want to order, they somehow magically won't have exactly/everything you want. Keep in mind that 3 sausage and pepperoni pizzas shouldn't be a herculean ask at any pizza joint. Heaven help you if you try to order a pizza at this place, you will be greeted with healthy doses of both shock and disdain. Literally the worst pizza establishment with the worst employees I have ever had the misfortune to attempt to patronize. Do yourself a favor if you're ever craving Little Caesar's (do people crave Little Caesars, is that even a thing?)... drive the extra 5 minutes or so to Troy and forget this one exists. read more

This place needs an overhaul! I normally love little caesars pizza. Went there and 3 workers were laughing and playing around. One came up and said it's 30 minute wait for a hot and ready. Normally takes 6-7 minutes from my past experience if they don't already have some made. I called him a lazy POS and left. Just lazy workers. I also called and got put on hold for 10 minutes so I called back and they pickup and hang up. No one wants to work there. read more

A few days ago I was talking about St. Louis pizza, so I suppose it's natural that I move next to Detroit pizza. Especially since I've been watching a little bit of Red Wings hockey. Did you know that co-founder Mike Ilitch is owner of the Red Wings AND the Detroit Tigers? Maybe that's why St. Louisans favor Imo's -- at least they're not supporting Detroit sports by buying pizza from the world's largest carryout operation. Enough, on to the review. This LC's is the new place that opened in a refurbished gas mart. It replaced the old place between Qdoba and Cold Stone further north on Troy Road. I hadn't tried it until today, when too much work left me eating mini-pretzels for lunch and looking for something hot and ready before diving into post-supper paperwork. HOT-N-READY Cheese Pizza sprang to mind, and about sixty seconds after driving in, I had my pie and was headed home. Sixty seconds was possible because there's a drive-through window here, sort of like my pit stop on this day of the Indianapolis 500. Sports on the brain, but will have to wait for the next ESPN top ten plays segment. read more

I have been here 3 times in the last 10 days between 4:00 and 6:00 PM only to be told its a 30 minute wait. Each time I asked for pizza, wings and bread and they had nothing. This store has really turned into a S@#t hole. They obviously don't know the motto Fresh and ready. They are waiting for you to pull to the window , order and wait 35 minutes. I watched the 3 cars in front of me leave. Don't waste your time going there unless you have 35 minutes to wait for a average pizza. read more

This place is a joke. They purposely ignore calls or just straight up answer and hang up. My boyfriend just stopped to pick up some pizzas for my family that's over, sat for 30 minutes in the drive-thru, only to come back with burnt pizza. He also asked for light sauce, the sauce is literally oozing out, we haven't even taken a slice yet. On the receipt it clearly states light sauce, so obviously they heard him say that. We're all now sitting here with no food to eat, and I'm sure we won't be getting new pizzas or be refunded considering they keep hanging up on us. Used the app to order three pizzas. Arrived early and they weren't ready. Fair enough. Needed to add a pizza. 30 minutes of standing around waiting and they tried to hand me the wrong order. Then they tell me that they must've given my order to someone else! Because I ordered through the app, they can't refund my money. Ridiculous. So I'll wait this time, but never again. This pizza is only so-so anyway, and the only advantage Little Caesars has is/was their efficiency. If they can't do fast, they have little redeeming value. Sorry. read more

Complete shit for at least 10 years. Never hot, never ready. Hard to even get served when they are not busy at all. Can't you put a doorbell on your drive thru, or maybe some type of system that lets your employees know customers are in the store or at the window? If someone opened one across the street and did half the things you expect from a little caesers they would put this dump out of business. read more

Today is the THIRD time that we have been asked to pull forward when they don't have what we ordered hot and ready. And on each of those particular 3 times, it seems they just forget that you paid for a meal. You have to remind them that you are sitting and waiting and at that point they just start all over with your order. Fool me 3 times, shame on me? The last time it happened we pulled forward to wait for our food and 15 + minutes later my husband called into the business and they came out and apologized and said our ticket had "blown off" the counter and they just had no idea what we ordered. Today they said what we wanted would be 6-7 minutes, we said OK and pulled forward. 8 minutes later after they served several more people in line (and they were out of pepperoni pizzas when we ordered, so we GUESS ours drove off in somebody elses car). We pulled back to the window once it was empty. We will have that RIGHT out, and another 7 minutes later they did. So CALL ahead to pick up from this location unless you don't mind waiting a really long time. They don't seem to have any method in place for the orders they allow to drive on down the line and wait. read more
