I will say Little Caesar's has improved a whole lot since the last time I visited. They've definitely gotten a remodel in the last month or so. New floor, new walls, new counter, new tables, windows, new menu displays. It looked super fresh and inviting. But it didn't feel fresh inside lol. It was muggy, steamy, humid, hot, it didn't feel good at all and the service was still the same, not friendly but not super rude, maybe he was hot and hungry too. We got a hot and ready, hot wings, and the crazy bread combo that comes with crazy sauce for under $19. Little Caesar's is not the best pizza in town, it's the broke mans pizza. We were on a budget and their pizza and stuff is decent so that's what we went for. read more

Never been to a Little Caesar's to a Little Caesar's that had a proper seating area or operable air conditioning, so with that bring said, time to review. I do love a good pizza, a la Tony's or Rusty, but sometimes I want something that's fast and cheap. Lucky for me, Little Caesar's fits the bill. Since most of the pizzas that I have purchased from here are a bit on the dry side, I always order them with extra sauce. For being a cheap pizza, I personally think that it's the best thing out there for $6. So before I get my review torn apart, remember that I'm reviewing a $6 pizza folks!!! The Crazy Bread is hit or miss. Sometimes is a nice golden color that comes close to the frozen stuff that you reheat yourself at home, but it can also come as strips of slightly cooked dough. I love this affordable pizza... But I must say.. The customer service is absolutely atrocious! I waited for about ten minutes before I got helped. There was no one in line and I heard people yelling "someone's waiting." Yet even after their fellow employees made this apparent, no one came to help. I walked in the establishment a broken hungry man my wife and 3 kids were leaving me. I asked for 2 pizzas and a hot wings. They could tell I was having a bad day the employees were so helpful! They gave me tuition for my 3 kids to go to college and enough MONEY TO BUY MY WIFE A RING! The pizza was fantastic and when I went home my life was back! 2 stars only because the employees were nice but i had called in advanced so my order will be ready during lunch which i only take a 30 min break. when i got there they haven't even started on my order so i had to wait almost 40 mins for my order to be ready. Not only that but as soon as i got my order i left quickly because i was already suppose to be back at work and when i got to work i noticed on my receipt that the girl that charged me had put that i gave a $10 bill when i actually gave her $20 bill and it's honestly my fault for not even checking my change or receipt but shouldn't that be their job to handle money the right way!! and it wasn't even busy for her to have messed up like that and i'm not even going to bother to go and argue about what happened because i'm sure they'll say i didn't give a $20 bill even though i know i did because it was my last $20 bill!!! just so disappointed how they handle money there! read more

Ordered over the phone because we were crunched for time today. We asked for the (2} $6 pizza that were advertised online...they told us that the $6 pizza was actually $7.99 (?). OK. So we said alright, give us two of the $7.99. They said it would be ready on 15 minutes. We arrive 15 minutes later and I was informed by the cashier Maria V. that our order was never placed. I told her I spoke with a man and he confirmed my order and took my number. She said rudely our order was never placed. OK? So I placed my order AGAIN and asked how long, she said rudely 15 minutes and walked away. I work in customer service and at this point I would have expedited the order or even offered a 10% discount or something...an apology would have sufficed. Nope. I'm bias when it comes to pizza because its a type of food that i have a low standard for. I like it cheap, fast, and usually with a group of people that just want to get food in them and focus on other things. Little Caesars is a chain than serves a pizza a little better then what you mite find in public school lunches and that is what i want from them and the crazy bread is better then most other pizza places bread sticks.
