Customer service was very unwelcoming and forced. Cashier had a terrible attitude and had to repeat after myself.

I tried the Wednesday special, Chicken Fried Steak. It includes a breaded, fried beef patty topped with white gravy, paired with mashed potatoes, a biscuit, and coleslaw and a drink for $7.50. The chicken fried steak was okay, obviously a frozen beef patty that was deep fried. Very basic and didn't have much flavor. The mashed potatoes were your standard KFC mashed potatoes but with a white pepper gravy. I did like the mashed potatoes. Coleslaw was your standard KFC slaw as was the biscuit. I wouldn't order this again. I would rather order my favorite Chicken Pot Pie. I also tried their new Deep Fried Pickles. Consisted of breaded and fried dill pickle chips, served with a side of dipping sauce Jalapeño Ranch and Comeback Sauce. Both sauces were delicious as were the pickles. These are fried to order so no soggy pickles Restaurant was clean and staff were very helpful. Overall, my rating has do more with my Chicken Fried Steak experience. read more

My dad loved KFC so I bought lunch to take out to the cemetery and have a picnic with the parents, may they rest in peace. The counter was prompt, attentive and accurate. This was about 1:30 on a Saturday and the place was immaculate, including both restrooms. I ordered the chicken and waffles LTO. We all have our order of preference in fried chicken places - the chicken KFC served was consistent with KFC extra crispy and was served hot. The waffle - these are like the store bought waffles in cellophane you get at supermarkets - to be honest, disappointed in the waffle and will not repeat this LTO. read more

Based on some of these reviews, oh my God, I would've never went, but I think they must've gotten there act together because I was in the area for the grand opening of a business and I was starving. I got two wings original with the jalapeño. Not all KFC have a jalapeños. I was so happy they did, and it was absolutely fresh and delicious. I wish I had gotten a bucket of chicken, especially since I don't eat it often. read more

I went to KFC on Tuesday for the $10 8piece meal. It was so busy inside, I love observing the atmosphere from the kitchen to the lobby area. Idk who's running this place but wow. I use to be a restaurant manager and with so much traffic, lobby and restrooms were clean and best part I saw smiles. I was litterly standing infront of the counter for more than 5 minutes. I was never acknowledged or greeted. And when somebody finally got to the counter they had a bad attitude. There were about 5 people running around like chickens with their heads cut off and looked clueless. Even "manager" passed infront of me and never said anything. Going in on a busy day you expect a wait but it's definitely worth it for their food! The staff is very friendly and kind despite being clearly busy the day I went. Other guests were using the kiosks to order so I waited to be helped patiently and my cashier apologized for the hold and helped me as soon as they could but let me know there'd be a short wait for their chicken since it was busy. They only had one or two people packing all the lobby orders while more staff worked for the rush happening in the drive thru but I've worked fast food before so I understand how they get timed for those orders at the drive thru so I didn't mind waiting for mine inside since I chose to dine in that day. There's plenty of seating and clean restrooms and my order came out quicker than I expected. I'll definitely come back soon the food was all hot and fresh and the staff was all kind despite being super busy, but I'm sure they appreciated that I was being patient since some other customers there were giving them a hard time for the wait times even though they chose to come in during peak rush. I'd say their employees are some of the nicest in Delano since not a lot of other fast food places welcome you in or say thank you for coming. I'll always value great service and especially when they have great food! read more

DO NOT spend money on this establishment. First of all, the place is disgusting, I'm not sure how they passed their health inspections. I literally saw roaches roaming around. How disgusting!! Second of all, I was served old cold chicken. Safe to say that I will not be returning any time soon. Service was okay, not exceptional. This KFC just can't seem To get it together every time I go it's either a missing item or food not prepped properly which is the case again tonight I ordered their chicken sandwich and fries meal the chicken was very hard then the on top of that they completely drowned it in mayonnaise I was only able to eat half of it and threw the rest away I definitely will not be returning enough is enough. read more

0 star for these people! I went in through their drive thru window and charged me for someone else's order and when I confronted her she just laughed like it was okay to do. I had to ask if I'll be refunded instead of explaining it to me! Rude staff, an apology would have been appreciated but she just laughed as if it was cool! Ordered off the online menu when I got there was surprised as the cashier greeted me with a very enthusiastic HELLO WELCOME TO KFC! As I let the cashier know that I had an online preset he sounded like he was expecting me so he asked if I needed any sauces for my strips. Erik was his name as I read the receipt when I got home. I am exceptionally impressed with their service. I hardly eat fast food because of obvious reasons; food isn't consistently good, bad service, cleanliness, etc. However, here at KFC off Cecil Ave I had my best experience to date! When I walked in I was greater instantly by the tall young man with the mustache(forgot his name.) He recommended me to some of their new sandwiches and made my experience choosing what to eat easier for me. I ordered his recommendation which was the Nashville Spicy chicken sandwich. The food was great, the service was exceptional, and the dining area was spotless. I was very comfortable eating their after he invited me to dine in. read more

The worst KFC joints I've ever been. I asked for extra crispy they say I have to wait for extra 45 mins, and this is in the drive thru. So I got original, cuz they say they have original and grilled. I pulled up to the window, waited still for another 30 mins. I could of waited another 15 mins and got my extra crispy that I originally wanted. They were chit chatting like they have no customers. There was nobody at the drive-thru so I did not have to wait long. I order the colonel special, which consisted of 8 pieces of chicken, mash potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, and biscuits for $13. I asked the lady if she could mix the chicken-not just legs and thighs, but also breasts. I zipped through the drive-thru without having to wait on my order. However, when I got home, I saw that they only provided me with 1 chicken breast, 2 thighs, and the rest legs. read more

Old food. Cold chicken. Overpriced. Where do I begin?? When you aren't parked for 10 minutes waiting to order, your parked another 10 minutes waiting on your order, only to drive home and find out it's still incomplete. This place needs a corporate wake up call. read more

I hate this kfc. Takes sooooo long to get anything you order, I dont think they have ever got any of my orders 100% correct, either they dont have what you want or make you wait 30 min. Once I went there and wanted to pay with debit. My order was less than $5 ao they said they had to charge the $5 and would give me change, after I left I noticed they charged me $50 and probably were trying to pocket my change. I contested it. I ordered chocolate chip frappe and she told me they were not serving it anymore after she charge me. So I told her just to give me an ice coffee and I asked her is it the same price? She said yes!
