Well, not much to say just look at their reviews right now. I literally walked in there. They won't ignore me through manager crew leader whatever they're called her name was Anna just got on her phone instead of taking my order. I just literally walked away. I've never seen that worst of customer service in my life, but apparently no one cares cause they have surprise. You're still in business with one star read more

honestly the night shift service really drags, theyre always a bit rude and the food is always stale it really bugs me out because the food at literally any other jack beats this one, im always unsatisfied when i order here but its the only place open, stingy with sauces too. read more

The inside of the restaurant was filthy. There was around only 3 clean table. There was no one inside the restaurant all the workers were just standing around. Majority of the tables were dirty with food and napkins all over the floor. The trash was overflowing. If that's how they keep the dinning area, I don't even want to know how the kitchen is. read more

I been coming to this Jack in the box for over 10 years, never really had an issue til yesterday, the redheaded girl at window was very rude and made me and my kids uncomfortable just because I asked for 2 sauce packets. I spent my hard earned money (over 15$) and I have to receive attitude for asking for 2 sauces? Right. Will not be coming here anymore read more

Travelerss beware!!! I'd avoid this store if you want incorrect items in your to go bag. Dine In ordering that takes 16 minutes. I posted a comment on that Store Location FB. I was reached out by JITB Delano to further add more comments so they can investigate the store. read more

Jack in the Box - It took this in Store Order, 15 minutes to get my order called, as I watched 5 drive thru cars go by. - Fast Food Near Me - Delano, California

This place needs to be visited by corporate. I love jack in the box but it's always this location messing up my orders, taking way too long, & having terrible customer service. I work customer service/ food industry as well, and I know it can be tough. However, this location is *consistently* bad. This is the third time in a month where my order has been wrong. Either they forget something (and they close the window, walk away, and don't come back), they speak to you with attitude, or they take an unacceptably long time to serve your food. This is not ok. Not to mention the famous TikTok of the rats outside, lol. read more

Employees are rude. Employee got my order completely wrong. Asked for a refund and employee said it will take 24 hours to get the money back in my debt card. I waited 24 hours no money returned, money was taken from my account though. read more

I went today 03/05/24 to the drive through at 4am. The guy said they were closed. I thought y'all were open 24/7 ? My poor pregnant wife and I left with no food. read more

Went around 1. Lady was rude from start to finish. Didn't let me finish my sentence before she's telling me to pull to the window. She aggressively took my card. rolled her eyes when I asked for a drink carrier. I had four drinks. Basically shoved the bags in my car. When I got to work with my food I was missing an order of jalapeno poppers. Too late to go back bc of work. Food itself is good. But damn the lady at the drive thru was very rude! read more

Food is great but poor costumer service. Drive thru staff are always rushing and never letting me finish giving them my order. The fries are always cold and soggy. They basically throw my food in the bag. Very rude. read more

The service isn't very friendly. I witnessed a manager step out the back door facing the drive thru lane and he took off his collared shirt and started swing it around while with no shirt on.. I should of left after witnessing what I did. They got my order wrong but I didn't realize until I got home. My munchie meal burger was completely dry and tasteless. I went back due to them overcharging me for a burger I didn't want. The ambience wasn't great either seeing that they had 0 people in line today. read more

What can I say.... JITB in my opinion is errrr ummmm not bad, it's not exactly the best place either. This JITB is actually the very first JITB I have ever visited when it first opened up back in the late 90s. When they first opened it, it was a bit pricey and people would still pick the other fast food burger joints over JITB because of the prices. As years have gone, JITB's pricing is up to par w the rest of the other guys and pricing is now is pretty similar. Why do I rate this JITB 1 star? Well, I have probably been to this JITB more than any other JITB because I'm from Delano and I lived a few blocks away from this place a few times in my life and was also within walking distance from where I had lived, so this was definitely a place I visited a lot. Over the years, this JITB has lost it's pizazz. Yes, there are local spots that a lot of people would rather visit, but this place used to have friendly and polite workers and now there's a lot of young workers who need a class in customer service. I honestly don't remember the young workers from many years ago having the same personality, but things have just gone down. Food to me is same as any JITB, it's not bad, but when you visit an establishment that is a chain restaurant and the workers don't make you feel welcomed, you rather visit another establishment minus the unfriendliness. I honestly don't think JITB will be gone any time soon and hope they stay to help employ people, but I hope that management can give their workers a few tips on customer service. read more

Jack in the box has a large variety of food. Whatever quick food we're in the mood for, JIB got it! Especially when we're drunk-hungry! Lol

Friendly staff (BIG PLUS!!) in the afternoon crew (around after school time)They welcome you when you enter the establishment and in the drive thru, great service, hot food, and they have really improved from the last time I've reviewed 3 yrs ago! Saved my Easter Sunday! My kids and I were heading home on Easter Sunday, so fast food restaurants were either closed completely or down to drive-through only. Towing a trailer, I can't take the drive through, so we struggled to grab food to go. I stopped here and asked if we could walk through the drive through. The manager said to come to the pick-up window and order there. We did, and soon our order was ready. I'm very grateful! read more

This particular Jack in the Box is always a hit and miss! Sometimes the line is very long but the wait time is short, other times there is a few/no cars and your there a good 15 minutes! It's no doubt they have reasonably priced snacks which is what keeps everyone coming back but the food lacks consistency. Burgers come out sloppy 7/10 times. Today's visit (the reason I'm writing this) is because the "NEW Enchilada Monster Taco" is D I S G U S T I N G! If you like the good old 2/$1 tacos, then DO NOT try this "flavor". It will forever ruin you and tacos from here! I wonder who approves the food that makes it to the sales floor! I get curious to try new things and since they have new items all the time I thought, well let's check it out. I deeply regret it! See attached photo. Yuck! read more

Terrible customer service, very rude, the girl at the counter had a terrible attitude before I even ordered, I will not come back

Employees wearing mask below their nose and mouth why wear one at all! Facial hair on employees cooking food and not wearing proper coverage. Shame on the manger for not enforcing rules. Employees seem to have a lack of motivation along with lack of respect, I wish I would of looked up how many stars this place had before stopping. Whatever you do, do not go here. It needs a health inspection test because there was a RAT running around where the soda machine, straws, napkins, and other condiments were at. I told the worker that there was a rat and she just blatantly laughed. She was not professional to this concern and this creates a questionable dining experience whether if it's safe or not. I'm so glad my boyfriend and I decided to get jugs of water at the gas station before heading here because that would have been a huge mistake for us. Who knows if there's more than one rat luring around in this Jack n the Box. I am in complete disgust.... read more

Super slow and lame service, get it together Jacks If you're in a rush or planning on going here for your lunch break, don't. There's not enough time to get your food and actually eat it. From the moment I walked in it was unpleasant. The smell would turn some people's stomachs. We ordered breakfast and sat down. My lady got coffee and returned because it was horribly watered down.
