The inside of the restaurant was filthy. There was around only 3 clean table. There was no one inside the restaurant all the workers were just standing around. Majority of the tables were dirty with food and napkins all over the floor. The trash was overflowing. This place needs to be visited by corporate. I love jack in the box but it's always this location messing up my orders, taking way too long, & having terrible customer service. I work customer service/ food industry as well, and I know it can be tough. However, this location is *consistently* bad. This is the third time in a month where my order has been wrong. Either they forget something (and they close the window, walk away, and don't come back), they speak to you with attitude, or they take an unacceptably long time to serve your food. This is not ok. The service isn't very friendly. I witnessed a manager step out the back door facing the drive thru lane and he took off his collared shirt and started swing it around while with no shirt on.. What can I say.... JITB in my opinion is errrr ummmm not bad, it's not exactly the best place either. This JITB is actually the very first JITB I have ever visited when it first opened up back in the late 90s. When they first opened it, it was a bit pricey and people would still pick the other fast food burger joints over JITB because of the prices. As years have gone, JITB's pricing is up to par w the rest of the other guys and pricing is now is pretty similar. Why do I rate this JITB 1 star? Well, I have probably been to this JITB more than any other JITB because I'm from Delano and I lived a few blocks away from this place a few times in my life and was also within walking distance from where I had lived, so this was definitely a place I visited a lot. Over the years, this JITB has lost it's pizazz. Yes, there are local spots that a lot of people would rather visit, but this place used to have friendly and polite workers and now there's a lot of young workers who need a class in customer service. I honestly don't remember the young workers from many years ago having the same personality, but things have just gone down. Food to me is same as any JITB, it's not bad, but when you visit an establishment that is a chain restaurant and the workers don't make you feel welcomed, you rather visit another establishment minus the unfriendliness. I honestly don't think JITB will be gone any time soon and hope they stay to help employ people, but I hope that management can give their workers a few tips on customer service. read more

Towing a trailer, I can't take the drive through, so we struggled to grab food to go. I stopped here and asked if we could walk through the drive through. This particular Jack in the Box is always a hit and miss! Sometimes the line is very long but the wait time is short, other times there is a few/no cars and your there a good 15 minutes! It's no doubt they have reasonably priced snacks which is what keeps everyone coming back but the food lacks consistency. Burgers come out sloppy 7/10 times. Today's visit (the reason I'm writing this) is because the "NEW Enchilada Monster Taco" is D I S G U S T I N G! If you like the good old 2/$1 tacos, then DO NOT try this "flavor". It will forever ruin you and tacos from here! I wonder who approves the food that makes it to the sales floor! Whatever you do, do not go here. It needs a health inspection test because there was a RAT running around where the soda machine, straws, napkins, and other condiments were at. I told the worker that there was a rat and she just blatantly laughed. She was not professional to this concern and this creates a questionable dining experience whether if it's safe or not. I'm so glad my boyfriend and I decided to get jugs of water at the gas station before heading here because that would have been a huge mistake for us.
