Been to this location a couple of times and the food has been pretty good. I will say though they have forgotten a few things in my order that I payed extra for which was annoying, but we are only human. The place is pretty small inside I think they only have 3 tables to sit at. They are always busy, and usually take longer than 15 mins for food to be done. I actually waited 45 minutes a few weeks ago after ordering online. So order ahead of time if you're in a hurry, but if they are super busy it may take long.. The service has been a little off when I've gone in. I think it's because of how busy they constantly are, and how understaffed they are. So a few extra employees would definitely help. Wings have been great every time I order some of my go to's are Louisiana rub, lemon pepper, original hot, and Hawaiian. Oh and the cheese sauce is yummy with French fries. read more

Horrible customer service! First of all, when I entered the restaurant no one greeted me. No one was at the front desk and all the workers were just staring at me and laughing and talking amongst themselves cursing. They were telling each other things like "foo get outta my f-en way". Finally a dark skin tone young female came up to me and said " name?" She did not even greet me or anything. Then simply walked away and then I still had to point out that my order which was just sitting there. Another employee crossed her path as I was pointing out my order, and that employee told her "foo you're on my f-en way" and she left my order and just laughed. Then the other girl with colored hair grabbed my order and ripped the receipt of the bag and threw it on the counter and didn't say anything to me and instead laughed and continued messing around with the other employees. I understand being understaffed, but if this has been the complaint for this location since it's open, then there's a problem. The customer service is not great, some training is needed. We were missing an item on an order after waiting 30 mins dining in and when I approached the staff, the employee showed her what maybe her shift lead, and her response was "what about it". As I was still in front of them, of course, I pointed out we did not receive it. There were no apologies or explanations that we would get out. The food was okay. The voodoo fries were way too salty.
