Been to this location a couple of times and the food has been pretty good. I will say though they have forgotten a few things in my order that I payed extra for which was annoying, but we are only human. The place is pretty small inside I think they only have 3 tables to sit at. They are always busy, and usually take longer than 15 mins for food to be done. I actually waited 45 minutes a few weeks ago after ordering online. So order ahead of time if you're in a hurry, but if they are super busy it may take long.. The service has been a little off when I've gone in. I think it's because of how busy they constantly are, and how understaffed they are. So a few extra employees would definitely help. Wings have been great every time I order some of my go to's are Louisiana rub, lemon pepper, original hot, and Hawaiian. Oh and the cheese sauce is yummy with French fries. read more

Its so ridiculous how the food is always cold, im not sure if its cause i do carryout but even then i come in the store before its even ready which cancels that out, they say theyre waiting on the fries and somehow the fries are still coldish its getting asburd. im always unsatisfied & not to mention they skimp you out on the mango habanero sauce meanwhile they drown my bbq wings. ridiculous read more

Horrible customer service! First of all, when I entered the restaurant no one greeted me. No one was at the front desk and all the workers were just staring at me and laughing and talking amongst themselves cursing. They were telling each other things like "foo get outta my f-en way". Finally a dark skin tone young female came up to me and said " name?" She did not even greet me or anything. Then simply walked away and then I still had to point out that my order which was just sitting there. Another employee crossed her path as I was pointing out my order, and that employee told her "foo you're on my f-en way" and she left my order and just laughed. Then the other girl with colored hair grabbed my order and ripped the receipt of the bag and threw it on the counter and didn't say anything to me and instead laughed and continued messing around with the other employees. Not an establishment I would like to comeback to. Staff needs to be replaced ASAP or this restaurant will not make it. I will be making a formal complaint with the corporate office. read more

I ordered a mix and match bundle and got all boneless wings my husband was pissed after his long day of work as he likes the wings with bone in. We paid 10$ extra and didn't mind waiting for our right order as we were already waiting an extra 10 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready which was 40 minutes total. read more

According to Wingstop this is their bbq boneless wings. Where is the bbq??? Do better wing stop. Don't be stingy on the sauce. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Delano, California

I have visited this location on 2 occasions, and both times, the wait times have been extensive. I understand being understaffed, but if this has been the complaint for this location since it's open, then there's a problem. The customer service is not great, some training is needed. We were missing an item on an order after waiting 30 mins dining in and when I approached the staff, the employee showed her what maybe her shift lead, and her response was "what about it". As I was still in front of them, of course, I pointed out we did not receive it. There were no apologies or explanations that we would get out. The food was okay. The voodoo fries were way too salty. We dined in, and there was trash under the tables, and the tables hadn't been wiped down. read more

Worst Wingstop I've ever been to. The staff is rude and the food is terrible. I got sick after I finished my meal. Don't ever go to this location. read more

The wait time is insane they estimated my online order for 16-21 min and my order wasn't done.. I asked the employee there she said they were bagging my order so I waited. & when they called my order it was over 35 min wait. I reached into grab my order when the employee set it down and she pulled it from my hands and ask what my last name was? Is there such policy to roughly pull an order from a customer when I already had confirmed my order with the other employee prior. Definitely would never go back there again. read more

I ordered ahead of time and got there at the time the app told me which was from 15 to 20 minutes. When I got there I went up to the register asked for my order and the lady on the bigger side(not trying to be offensive) told me another 15-20 minutes or less. I came back in 20 and stood in-front of the register to ask about the restroom because my sister needed to go and I was standing there for around 10 minutes with no help until that same worker gave me my food and said "if you want your food in 2 minutes, order less food" which is such a b*tch answer after waiting 30 extra minutes than expected for my food. Never come on time expect an hour wait if you order more than 1 combo. 0 stars read more

Given the benefit of the doubt that they just opened about a month ago. I was really disappointed in the fact that, 1 I got a piece of chicken no bigger than a dime and was counted as a whole piece. Second I ordered garlic Parmesan fries which were just bland. I probably won't be back for a while to give them time to get better. read more

Great food, bad service. Seems like a hangout spot for the workers where they ignore you and talk while you wait at the counter until their conversation is done. I almost feel like I am bothering them. This has happened on multiple occasions. Again great food, but bad customer service. read more

The three girls working on saturday april 6 at night were talking, gossiping, didn't even notice the costumers that were waiting for their food. one girl (the one with the untoned dead bleached blonde hair) looked at us while we were waiting for our food and continued talking. they also forgot to put FOUR of the sauces we ordered into our bag. FOUR SAUCES!! forgetting one sauce is bad enough but FOUURRRR ??! that's ridiculous and i want those girls FIRED. and also my fries were cold. read more

If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. This place has the WORST customer service ever!!! The young lady with the black curly hair and black glasses needs to be retrained in customer service. Our food literally took almost 40 mins to receive and when we got it, the fries were cold and weren't filled up i like they should have been. When my sister asked for a new batch, the curly haired girl in the black glasses said she would have to recharge her because they were half way eaten which was a lie because it wasn't filled with the fries like it should have been in the first place. She made it seem like she spent our 40 minute wait peeling the potatoes by herself in the back. We also had to ask for napkins and paper plates. Her and the other worker kept coming out with their cell phones probably taking pictures of us and talking crap. I DO NOT recommend this place to anybody. Their customer service is terrible. And they need work on their manners and friendliness. 00000STARS. read more

went to this location and the lady with glasses said it was going to be a 45 minute wait I told her it was fine and I needed a moment. 15 bucks for a 10 piece bone in with soggy ass fries and. Wings are small, fries like I said were soggy,. Better places in Delano for wings

My experience was horrible, asked the worker with a neck tattoo up front a few times, how long the wait was going to be just to get yelled at to "wait", mind you I had been waiting for 2 HOURS!!! I understand working at fast food can be stressful but he had no right to be so rude, and disrespectful when I was being patient and polite. After our long wait we just got told that they didn't even have our order in the system, and as if matters weren't bad already when we did get our food, it was under cooked. I've never experienced such bad customer service, I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
