They will help you find your size and fit and if they don't have the style you want, you can order it through them with no shipping charge. The nice thing here is that a lot of the shoes end up being the same price as their own websites online (or less since now you aren't paying shipping) so it is worth it to go find what fits and then get it in person. They also have a reward program so eventually you earn money-off rewards on future purchases. The store itself is cute and organized and they have a lot of fun socks there too if you are into fun socks!

The workers greet you and assist you with anything you have questions about. I would recommend checking this place out before you spend your hard earned money in a big box store. He went above and beyond to take care of her. He saw she had difficulty getting out of the chair and got her a cushion to make it easier for her to get up. He suggested shoes, got her peds since she doesn't wear socks, put them on her scary feet. He went above and beyond to help her. Although she didn't find any shoes I wouldn't hesitate to go back there again if Jason was there to help. Footprints is lucky to have an employee like him! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

The workers there are very prompt at making sure that the stools/mirrored seated sections for trying on shoes are perfectly centered in all of the aisles. But this was incredibly annoying as the baby stroller I was pushing was just about 2 inches too wide on either side, I had to constantly move them slightly to get down the isles. And if I went back down the same aisle again, one of those prompt workers had made sure that it was re-centered, hence me having to move them again. One worker named Chris was helpful in checking to see if they had one of the pairs I was interested in in stock although they didn't have it. She was also the same person who helped assist me during check out. I ended up finding two pairs along with a jeweled headband. The headband was on sale for 70% off of $14.97. Each pair of shoes was about $25 and I had $50 worth of gift cards. With taxes, my total ended up coming to $7 something, the bargain hunter that I am.

Main points: 1) Style: Classic and timeless... You usually find Eliza B's in small shops in resort areas or you can call the company or buy online. Online offers myriad choices, such as buying their designs or creating your own. Choices include flat or wedge flip flops with striped ribbons or motifs like crabs, whales or anchors. You can buy monogramed sandals, seersucker or gingham, or all-leather sandals in many colors. The belts are so so pretty too! (Look at their website.) 2) Value: LeatherMan/Eliza B makes quality products and fully stands behind them. My Eliza B's are still pretty and comfy after 3 or 4 years of heavy use when I lived in Carolina, but then, they are NOT made of plastic, nylon and cheap rubber! I last ordered in spring of last year and paid $48 plus shipping. 3) Size: the sandals run SMALL so you often need to size up one full size. Yet I'm a size 7.5 and wear a size 8 in Eliza Bs. Sooo, try on a pair at a store that sells them or measure your foot and call the company for sizing help. One thing: the sandal straps grip the sides of your feet - they're not loose at all - and they won't fly off your feet at a pool or get wedged under a gas pedal. 4) Customer service: I didn't give this company 5 stars because of "phone attitude." We've given them plenty of business over many years, but some of the employees are abrupt, unfriendly and rude. That's unfortunate because most customers are loyal. (Also, the shipping is a few dollars too high, $9 or 10) That aside, you place an order and often wait a few weeks to receive it, which seems reasonable considering you're receiving a handmade product.
