There was not one person on the floor, so I asked for help from a lady standing in the back room, right by the swinging doors. I asked her if she could help me with some Berkinstocks and,she said right as I pushed the door to a crack, You are not allowed back here it is for employees only and she said shut that door I was not even in the back room, I was standing on the rug. Again she said, You can't be back here so I told her I need help ma'am. The Young lady at the register called about 15 minutes ago. All she would say is, Shut the door I'll be with you in the min. She got on the radio and called for someone to come help me as if she couldn't help me, why? I am disabled and needed help getting a pair of shoes and ask questions about the shoes. The ladies name was Afrooo , she was very very rude walking out of the back room of the store, with a very loud cart. I asked her if she was the store manager. She told me she was, when infact she isn't and she refused to give me the store managers name. she was carrying on as we were walking toward the front and I asked why didn't you just come help me instead of telling me you'd be right with me as she pulled a very loud cart. I do want to mention, she did ask two black ladies if she could help them. I assume she must be prejudice. She was extremely rude, simply because I asked for help. She should not be in any Management role. This is the second time I have had "Attitude" and "Poor Service"from this DSW location.

It's a surprisingly sizable store that extends to the back with a couple of dressing rooms. The dressing room has pretty pink drapes for doors giving it a luxurious look. I ended up buying only a makeup bag here and my gf bought a few things. Overall Service: There was two staff working here at the time, we were welcomed in with a warm greeting. They were not gossiping while customers were present and assisted people when approached. I would totally come back here again with my gfs!

The shoe section in this store was horrible, everything looked old and used and was all over the place. I would not consider buying shoes at this location. On the other hand, they did have a lot of great finds in home decor. This section was very well kept and stocked, there was a lot I was left inspired by. The young gentleman working this area was extremely amicable and willing to accommodate my baby and myself. I also did notice that they had a wide variety of clothing, so much better than the other stores I have been to. The clothing at this location is more reasonable in terms of what someone would actually wear and the pricing. I am seriously considering going shopping here for my daughter and myself. The best find for me was kids clothing and women's jeans, both of which were cheap for great brands such as Limited Too for kids and Lucky Brand Jeans. Overall I would say that this store is worth returning to. I do not consider this a 5 Star store, however 3 stars is too low of a rating. If they would clean up and restock their makeup and shoe department, that rating could change dramatically. One more plus is that they are pretty fast at checkout and keep enough people on registers to match the demand.

Lower one is larger but juts out about a foot and a half past the top one. What's the problem, well as a 6-1 man I am pretty tall but I cannot see over the top part so have been misjudging the front and banging into all the shelves. I tried stooping down but it's not any better. So a design flaw. Much better than the old carts if I had one thing to say about it. Cashier was in such a hurry she missed the security tag on jacket we bought. I looked at the jacket outside after we thought we set off the alarm but didn't see any. But found it when we got home, many miles away. So back to the stairs to get it taken off.
