The sales they are having right now is unbeatable! Some sneakers are only $4 but they have one size of each in those. However it's not the sales that stood out for me it was the helpfulness of the employee I worked with! Usually when I walk into a place like this I get a little intimidated because I don't know much about the brands or the sizes or how the shoes run/ but I've been on a sneaker kick lately thanks to my increase in my workouts! So what was a pleasant surprise is that I was greeted immediately and helped right away- which was surprising because every time I walk into an EbLens in Rhode Island.- the staff barely make eye contact? let alone offer to help you! I've walked out of other Eb lens locations due to the rudeness of staff so this was refreshing! So I ended up spending around $70 total and got a new pair of sneakers, new pair of slides and a 6 pack of rainbow colored socks! SCORE! That's usually half of what I pay for a regular pair of sneakers for myself! So I was pretty enthusiastic! Overall this store is definitely experiencing issues with trucking/shipping because their inventory was extremely low in all areas! Men's, women's , and the children's shoe section was lacking overall! However they have a ton of clothing with some really good deals. I noticed the sales prices on clothing were for men, women, and children. Some of the brands this store sells includes: Timbaland, Nike, Puma, Reebok, Adidas, Crocs, Jordan, Fila, Ralph Lauren POLO, Champion, Hunter Boots, Nickelodeon, True Religion, & so much more I can't remember! But there are a lot of high end brands that I didn't realize they even carried! If you asked me about the past few years regarding Eb Lens- I'd recommend you look elsewhere but if you live near Willimantic- this place is definitely worth checking out!

This week while shopping at the Holyoke Mall we stopped in at DSW Shoes to look for some shoes for…read moreour upcoming weddings. When we walked in we were excited to see that they we're having a sale, but we were even more excited to see that they had a ton of items on clearance. This store is huge. The front of the store is packed with new items and the back has a ton of clearance items. As we looked through the clearance section we found a few different items and actually found the perfect shoes for the wedding. When it came to the staff, they were phenomenal. They made sure to ask us if we needed any assistance, but also made sure to not make us feel smothered. In the end we found the items we were looking for and are happy that we stopped in at this store. We will definitely be back in the future.

He went above and beyond to take care of her. He saw she had difficulty getting out of the chair and got her a cushion to make it easier for her to get up. He suggested shoes, got her peds since she doesn't wear socks, put them on her scary feet. He went above and beyond to help her. Although she didn't find any shoes I wouldn't hesitate to go back there again if Jason was there to help. Footprints is lucky to have an employee like him! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

She mentioned they don't fix it if the stitching comes off due to him picking a smaller size. She also stated that boots don't "break in" like what??? That's exactly what LEATHER boots do. They sell Birkenstocks and other better brands too. This store in particular is confusing to maneuver around as there's this weird area in the center that's narrow and sends you to the sides in an awkward way if there's any 'traffic.' Parking lot is full of impatient drivers so be ware when leaving.
