She's a single mom and recently lost my grandma. The store never contacted her telling her when to pick her shoes up. My mom tried to get them back after no contact and they said that their policy states they now own the shoes. I like shopping here but haven't returned in months due to this. I like supporting women owned businesses but this was very distasteful.

I had secretly wanted to check out the neighboring store, so I suggested that we ask them if the owner closes down for lunch. We were greeted with a smile by the employee of Ooh La La Boutique. The shop shares a hallway with what I believe is residence on the second floor. In the hallway there was a rack of items on sale with some super cute clothing options. Walking through the door into the shop the air conditioning was welcomed, and the sites were tempting. Beautiful clothing hung on racks and shelves and shiny costume jewelry filled the countertops. The pricing is what I would expect from a boutique. The items were not things that you would find in department stores. Everything was nice quality.
