I was told albeit politely, that they cannot exchange or return them because they were "special order".... I'm sorry.. what?? Special order? You sell Carolina Boots..? Mind you, NONE OF THAT was mentioned prior to me agreeing to order them, or even when I took delivery of them. Politely told to kick rocks (pun intended). Any other shoe outlet would gladly either exchange and quite honestly except a return. Any local name brand store front, and definitely an online shop. This is one of the reasons why local stores go out of business sadly. Poor service. Because now I have a really really nice pair of boots that don't fit. We stopped in during a weekday afternoon to buy a few Disc Golf discs, and it was nice to see that they had a large selection to choose from. As we were passing through the store we also looked at their clothing sections and found some great deals on sports apparel. To top off our experience we cashed out with a really polite employee who held a conversation with us and asked us about the local Disc Golf course. This is not the first time we have had this experience here, and it is nice to see that this store prides themselves on customer service!
