We bought two kayaks there and they were good with the price. Been back many times. I prefer them over EMS because the have a bigger selection, and because when you buy there you're supporting a local business instead of a national chain.

Took my bike there to get fixed and they replaced the rear derailleur but the same problem…read morehappened, caught in spokes and mangled it. Someone there really doesn't know what he is doing. You're rolling the dice here. When I brought it to the shop in Belchertown, he found that the front spokes were way too tight and the wheel was way out of true, the rear skewer was about 30 years older than the bike, so not the same skewer that was on it when I brought it to Valley, got the gear shifting problem solved with a new Acera derailleur and all the adjustments for less than $70.

We had the most amazing customer service, from our sales rep JD, to our demo rep Bob Allen, to our delivery driver Spurlin, the entire experience was amazing. Whope we were wowed by everyone we dealt with, we were extremely impressed by Spurlin. Our old (traded) trailer was on a permanent site and was extremely difficult to remove. It took hours! At one point we had to relevel the site and move some rocks. Spurlin asked for a shovel and got to work helping us! He was friendly, polite, courteous and so very patient. All of these experiences combined will keep us returning to Camping World, not only that, it will make us tell others about how amazing our experience was. My uncle, a combat Vietnam Veteran and senior, purchased a preowned RV from Camping World that was completely overpriced. He drove it less than 28 miles, and when I asked if the dealership would buy it back, they refused outright. It is incredibly disturbing to watch a company profit off of someone who should have been treated with honesty, fairness, and respect. Taking advantage of seniors is bad enough -- doing it to a Veteran is beyond disappointing. I would never recommend this place to friends, family, or anyone looking to make a major purchase. Please do your homework and protect your loved ones before signing anything here.

However, we found another store nearby and decided to check it out. They were having a sale and were offering discounts on last year's products. We spoke with a gentleman on the second floor who helped us find the right snowboard, bindings, and boots while staying within our budget. We were able to walk away with everything we needed at a reasonable price, and my daughter is very happy with her new gear!

They don't stand by their equipment. Rented skis for the…read moreseason that were defective - one ski literally split lengthwise. I could see inside that it was being held together by glue, and was probably unsafe to use in the first place. My family was on vacation so we were forced to buy a used pair for my son so that his trip wasn't ruined. When I returned the skis the store refused to refund any of our money, gave me an attitude, and blamed it on my beginner-skier son. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
