Seemed friendly enough and decent retail section. I went back to get my first firearm and my application came back and they said they had to put a four-day hold before I could purchase the firearm. They tried to insist that I give them the money and purchase the firearm and just wait for the hold to be lifted and I refused. So I left. Went back yesterday to try to get my first firearm and went through the whole process again and this time they insisted I buy the firearm first and then sent my application through just for it to come back denied again! I immediately asked for my refund back because I'm not giving you money for something that I cannot take home with me. He handed me and appeals form and said go file an appeal and when you find out why you were denied then you can come back and we can just finish the process and you can have your firearm. I told him three times that I wanted a refund right then and there and he gave me three different reasons why it was in my best interest to just keep the purchase as is and continue with the appeals process. Then I get home and try to start the appeals process on the website for the FBI and was told that I had to obtain fingerprint cards and send them to the FBI and wait for them to be processed and then they sent me to another web page asking me for a fee to pay for processing etc etc etc. Well I completely got lost and ask them if they would help me with the appeals process and I called my local police department to ask if one of the clerks in the clerk's office could help me and they all said no. The website also told me that the appeals process could take months! Furious and disgusted at this point I went back in the following day to get a full refund and the same guy that waited on me the day before, Zack, insisted that he could not give me my refund back today because the two ladies that work in the office were no call no shows and never showed up for work. I said well there has to be a manager on duty or somebody that can process my refund. He still refused to give me my refund claiming he would take care of me next Tuesday. I told him that's not the law and that he has to give me my refund now. When he saw that I was getting upset he told me to shut up and that all of a sudden magically the lady that was a no call no show for work that day all the sudden appeared and told her to go cut me a check for my refund! I told him I paid cash and I expected cash in return. He refused to give me cash and eventually after several minutes appeared with a check and nodded for me to start walking outside with him. And as we exited the front door he told me to get out of his establishment and don't ever step foot on his effing property again. So I left. And as I was leaving he thought he was going to start lecturing me about how he was right and I was in the wrong. I did not stop to listen I walked away. Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting behavior and I believe it's a scam on their behalf to get people to give them their money and not give them anything in return.

Once, I bought cheap sneakers to try to save money, but hurt my feet instead. Now I only shop at Fast Feet. I held a conversation with one of your associates that was very excited that the city is finally launching our Lacrosse program for the youth. We laughed and also talked about how many kids we see getting the opportunity to further their athletic careers into college, and with Lacrosse, so many more doors will be open for them. Once you were free, your associate tried to get your attention for me so that I could take a few seconds to introduce myself and also to hopefully begin to build a relationship with your business. My goal was to set up our personal account with you so that we could purchase the needed lacrosse equipment and also let our youth and families know that we will be working directly with you in the future. I have had excellent luck getting my eye glasses at Costco. They seem to just get it right. The cost compared to the typical smaller opticians is exceptional. That is the reason why I renewed my membership, Picking up my new glasses today, just 5 days after ordering them I like shopping at Costco. Great prices overall. Purchased a BJ's membership, but visited once and that was it. Prices are not as good and it's a depressing store in Leominster. What was not so impressive at Costco in W. Springfield was the chaos at the customer service counter. They use a poor system for routing customers waiting to speak with customer help, routing them across the throng of shoppers entering the store with shopping carts. Bad, bad, bad workflow. Apparently, the store is being redesigned, but who knows when that will happen. Hoping they get approval to site a new Costco at a little used mall in Leominster. Much closer to me.

I'm not sure if my brother looked scruffy or if the policy actually has changed in Massachusetts Costco's, but this time they would not accept my credit card over the phone. Given that I live in Chicago and he does not have the money to buy it on his own, Costco just lost a vision customer. But I also will stop shopping there as well. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. It does not apply to any of the nine Costco's within my driving distance in Chicago. Massachusetts is so special.
