My only hang up with this store, which may not necessarily be their fault, is it is expensive. They do have a great selection of canoes and yaks. They also do rentals on some items so it's nice to be able to try things out before you buy.

Complete selection of Thule and Yakima racks. Also, great selection of outdoor/mountain clothing, footwear, books, and hardware for cooking and climbing. No bicycle stuff, but that's pretty well covered by other stores in the Amherst/Northampton/Hadley area. Prices are normal, not super discount and not like a boutique shop either. We bought two kayaks there and they were good with the price. Been back many times. I prefer them over EMS because the have a bigger selection, and because when you buy there you're supporting a local business instead of a national chain.

We stopped in during a weekday afternoon to buy a few Disc Golf discs, and it was nice to see that they had a large selection to choose from. As we were passing through the store we also looked at their clothing sections and found some great deals on sports apparel. To top off our experience we cashed out with a really polite employee who held a conversation with us and asked us about the local Disc Golf course. This is not the first time we have had this experience here, and it is nice to see that this store prides themselves on customer service!

I had to walk back to do multiple price checks…read moremyself after the listed price on the shelf was lower than what they tried to charge me in after scanning the barcode (in fact, most products DID NOT have a listed price where I was looking). Last price check I did one of the employees was taking the sign away. Idk if it was to tell the person at the register or not but when I said something about it they said it was "store policy" to charge the listed price and not the inflated price in the computer.... Yeah pumpkin its also consumer law in MA. Staff was pretty sycophantic or checked out any time you tried to talk to them. Thanks I guess though, wound up saving hundreds just by getting so frustrated at the ordeal. Turns out, Holyoke Sporting Goods had the main sporting stuff I needed at a fraction at the price.

We had the most amazing customer service, from our sales rep JD, to our demo rep Bob Allen, to our delivery driver Spurlin, the entire experience was amazing. Whope we were wowed by everyone we dealt with, we were extremely impressed by Spurlin. Our old (traded) trailer was on a permanent site and was extremely difficult to remove. It took hours! At one point we had to relevel the site and move some rocks. Spurlin asked for a shovel and got to work helping us! He was friendly, polite, courteous and so very patient. All of these experiences combined will keep us returning to Camping World, not only that, it will make us tell others about how amazing our experience was. Thank you to the entire team of professionals at Camping World Hatfield for all your help. Happy camping!

RUN AWAY FROM CAMPING WORLD IN HATFIELD!…read more By far the worst buying experience I've ever had. I purchased a fifth wheel RV from them in October. They lied about everything from the start. Every promise made was broken. I'm just over a month I've spent thousands on this 2022 RV making repairs. To add insult to injury I requested the general manager call me to discuss the issues but she has failed to do so. Color me not surprised. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't buy a hot wheel toy from these people, much less an RV. Never again will I shop in this store.
