He went above and beyond to take care of her. He saw she had difficulty getting out of the chair and got her a cushion to make it easier for her to get up. He suggested shoes, got her peds since she doesn't wear socks, put them on her scary feet. He went above and beyond to help her. Although she didn't find any shoes I wouldn't hesitate to go back there again if Jason was there to help. Footprints is lucky to have an employee like him! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

It's kind of off the beaten path so I hope they get more traffic. It's a cute store and they have a nice selection of shoes for kids. I found a nice pair of new balance sneakers for my daughter as well as socks, a winter hat and gloves. My mom wanted to check out their Clarks selection. I didn't look around too much but would recommend checking them out if on the turnpike. Service was friendly and prices for the items I looked at were reasonable.

As soon as Mark C and I walked in we were greeted by an plesant employee asking how he could be of assistance. I was not in the market for a new pair of shoes but my husband wanted to try out a pair of Hoka Hoka One's which we were told the Glastonbury location carried. While Mark C was outfitted with not just a pair Hoka Hoka One shoes but several other options, I perused the store for things I "had to have". I was impressed with the location's tastefully lines walls and racks containing variety of men's and women's apparel and accessories as well as anything else you might need to make your run possible such as fuel and lighting. In the end Mark C ended up with a pair of shoes and I ended up with some "must have" items (socks and fuel), but I will definitely be back as the store starts getting the Run Club and Pub Runs underway.

(Ok, I found this latter item a bit unnecessary, if only because there are lots of other types of sandals and flip flops out there.) They have a moderate selection of shoes and various types of attire, including non-chafing underwear. A guy in the store was getting a very in-depth primer on finding the best running shoes, and he even was allowed to take a jog outside before committing to a pair. They appear to have occasional running groups and "tune-ups," and I look forward to checking them out.
