I did not have to wait long at all. Emma took care of me straight away. I had old running shoes with me a another pair I recently bought on Amazon which did not fit right. Both pairs had brought me so much foot pain that I realized I need expert assistance if I was to continue running. Comfort is EVERYTHING and so is having a person who is knowledgeable to get my feet to that happy place. Emma took an aetrex foot scan of my feet and asked me questions, looked at my old worn running shoes and went straight to work to find me the perfect pair. I'd like to note while she was out back searching, I took note of the Soundrunner team. They were all so nice and engaging and EXTREMELY Professional. Friends, they all knew their stuff! They get it! Just like Emma they are all proficient in their work! Everyone should have this experience! Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly thru and thru. Emma came back with a few boxes of the brand I was inquiring about. By the way socks do matter! A good pair of running socks makes all the difference when trying on shoes. Don't bring grippy socks like I did. Once Emma gave me a pair of perfectly fitting socks I could feel the difference in how my shoes fit and felt. So I tried on a few pairs and we discussed what felt good and what I was looking for in each pair I tried on. Then Emma announced she had an idea of a pair that might be what I was looking for. People! She was spot on! I was so happy and relieved! And the shoes are home with me! I am definitely going back! I LOVE SOUNDRUNNER. Great staff, no pushing to make a sale, friendly and engaging and a WILLINGNESS to spend the time with you and find your perfect shoe! As you would expect, this store had a lot of options. The man who helped us was very patient and took a lot of time to help my daughter find a pair of shoes she liked. She even used the treadmill a few times to make sure the shoes were comfortable for running. This place is not cheap, but the service is good and the goods are high quality. Shoes will cost you over $100. They have Darn Tough socks for about $18. Running clothes and accessories too.

They absolutely carry an array of brands and styles and their service is unmatched. Their storefront is small and the building is unsuspecting from the road, but don't let that fool you. They are all about safety boots, minus the unnecessary frills you don't care about in retail anyways. I had the most wonderful interactions with both Sam and Lisa. They were accommodating and helpful and I was able to find boots that were perfect for me. They were willing to order styles and sizes that weren't in stock for me, which I thought was incredible and made it feel like my sale mattered. Their prices were excellent already but they offered me additional deals that were incomparable when searching for similar boots at other retail locations.
