Extremely disappointing experience…read more I visited your store yesterday, 9/14/26, around 5:30 PM with my three children to purchase dance gear for my 8-year-old daughter, who is starting dance for the first time. I drove over an hour because someone from her dance studio recommended your store for sizing her shoes and leotard so I could complete the studio's order form. I was under the impression the studio placed its bulk order through your store and had no idea they actually ordered through another store. When I explained this to an employee, she immediately told me there was a $15 shoe-fitting fee if I wasn't purchasing shoes that day. I had no issue with the fee and immediately agreed to pay it. Unfortunately, instead of simply explaining the policy, she was extremely dismissive, rolled her eyes, ignored me, and made me feel like a nuisance. I was also there intending to purchase several items, and I ultimately purchased my daughter's first leotard. Thankfully, another employee eventually helped us and was incredibly kind and professional. She helped us determine approximate shoe sizes so I could complete the studio's form. When we went to check out, the same employee who had been rude to me rolled her eyes again when I explained we weren't purchasing the shoes and handed them to another employee, who said, "Ugh, these aren't even the right shoes she needs anyway," while also rolling her eyes. I already knew they weren't the exact shoes she needed--I was simply trying to determine her approximate size as a first-time dance mom. At that point, I felt I was being unfairly blamed for something that had nothing to do with me. If the store has an issue with the dance studio placing its bulk order elsewhere, that is an issue between the business and the studio. I had no involvement in that decision and wasn't even aware of it. I was simply following the instructions I was given. I believe the employee who treated me this way may have been the owner, which makes the experience even more disappointing. I later called because I thought I had left the leotard there. I ultimately found it and called back to apologize, but I also explained how unhappy I was with the way I had been treated and asked that the owner be made aware. Instead of acknowledging my concerns or apologizing, she simply said, "Okay," and hung up. I completely understand store policies and fees. What I do not understand is treating a customer disrespectfully over a situation they had absolutely no part in. What should have been an exciting experience shopping for my daughter's first dance gear was incredibly disappointing. I appreciate the employee who eventually helped us, but unfortunately, I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.

This review actually comprises two visits here…read more We first stopped by yesterday about 10:30, a half hour before they opened. We went shopping a few doors down to kill some time. There's only so long Baby B will sit in the car with nothing to do. We got back just before 11 and waited till 20 after the hour. At that point, no one had showed to open up and Baby B had had enough. We came back this morning with much better results We were greeted by one of the owners who knew exactly what we were looking for and got our required leotard. They have a lot of merchandise other then just dance wear. This will probably require a future visit with MS O to check out the T-shirts, gifts and Jewelery. Prices seemed reasonable and the service we experienced was fantastic.
