There are glass vases, picture frames, unique bookmarks...handbags, martini sets, salad sets etc. There are beautifully decorated Christmas Trees with all of the gorgeous ornaments (some glass blown) available for purchase. There is a section with gifts for children, a selection of fabulous music, and a unique array of handmade jewelry. What I liked most is that some things benefited a group or a cause if purchased. They have such pretty jewelry. Please use caution when browsing. I attempted to open one of the drawers off a small chest of drawers, it was lined with glass bottles on top. We were warmly welcomed when we walked in and spent a half hour or so browsing around in search of a black and gold gown and black and gold bowtie for a summer event. And where those hard-to-find items continue to elude us, we did see a ton of very nice things for sale. Some of the things were belts, purses, handbags, men's & women's clothing, shoes, boots, sandals, some high end sneakers, kitchen and household goods, small furniture, luggage, and plenty more. So, if you enjoy thrifting, you'll sure enjoy a visit here. PRO TIPS 1) The Yelp listing had an incorrect address. We've visited their Simsbury store a bunch of times, and we saw pretty much the same selection of low priced goods here in Glastonbury - men's & women's clothing, shoes, household goods, artwork, books, toys, etc. We caught a 50% off sale on clothing yesterday, and I walked out with a $15 blazer for $7.50. Pretty sweet, eh? All proceeds go to charity (The Village for Families) and the store employees are all volunteers. The two women we interacted with were as nice and friendly as could be, we really enjoyed chatting with them. Bottom line? You can score some great bargains and support a worthy charity all at the same time.
