In fact, I advised you that since retaining your services in December 2019, I was very satisfied with the quality of your services. Unfortunately, the decline in your service quality continued after a new individual started servicing my yard. I am now using Poo Happens for these services. I was looking for a remedy and was not offered one until now. Gigi was SO amazing! She followed up immediately when I contacted her from NJ, meet us and our boys on our tight schedule and took expert care of our cats (including medication) twice a day for 16 days. Our cats were calmer and completely settled into their new home despite us only being together for 5 days before we left. I don't think that amazing level of calm and happiness could have happened without Gigi. We already planned 4 more trips with her and I know the boys are looking forward to spending time with her. She took excellent care of everyone and sent daily photos. She even spend a few night at the house so the cat and dog weren't lonely. We then went to San Diego for 2 months and since we took the cat and dog with us, she cared for the tortoise, chickens and watered all my plants including my orchids. Since she has chickens of her own, she knows all about them and even dewormed them and took care of their mite problem. We had a roof leak when we were gone and she met with our contractor multiple times to get the problem fixed.
