    (This is what's known as a day late and a dollar short)…read more This is an email I replied to (same day received) July 23, 2020; 16 days after leaving my initial review... Alexander Z 12:00 AM (21 hours ago) to jaspony1, Ashley Thank you for your email. I will not reconsider your request. I appreciate your timely request for reconsideration, but I did reach out to your organization with a request for cancellation that included a note that the quality of your services had declined. A remedy was not offered; only an apology and an agreement to not charge me for future services. In fact, I advised you that since retaining your services in December 2019, I was very satisfied with the quality of your services. Unfortunately, the decline in your service quality continued after a new individual started servicing my yard. I am now using Poo Happens for these services. I was looking for a remedy and was not offered one until now. Your initial complaint was made while we were away on a family camping trip.(some needed R&R) When we got back from the trip we started at the top of the emails and worked our way down, when we got to your email it asked to cancel and we honored your request. After cancelation, we always ask what the reason for canceling was so that we could make a better customer experience and fix any issues. Also if we get a complaint and given enough time, we as the owners will always go and make a special visit to clean up the yard and to access the reason behind the complaint, so we can remedy the situation and make sure it doesn't happen again. We are a very small family business struggling to keep our heads above the water during these trying times and hope that you would reconsider your rating. Also we would love to have you back as a customer and we are very sorry for any misunderstandings.

I have 2 large dogs and he got my yard super clean. Not one turd left behind, even in the surrounding gravel. No more worrying about having energy after a long day of work or my back pain while picking up after my dogs.     We have had Poop Fairy service since Oct of 2024. For the most part, service has been satisfactory…read more Technicians have been later than the prescribed 2 hour window numerous times...or have arrived way outside the scheduled parameters. The local franchise owner is very polite but apparently overwhelmed or overworked within her normal job. We have had scoop service for three small dogs. Two weeks ago one of our dogs passed away. I notified the owner of this and told her would pay full price (obviously) for the next day's scoop but after that please only charge for two dogs. No problem right? Until the following week and I get the three dog invoice. I contacted and requested a new bill. After several emails, and seven days, I still don't have a corrected bill and am getting late notices. Today I paid the full amount and canceled service. Too many issues stacked up. Billing, scooping too much rock out of my yard, late or three hours early, not spraying deodorizer. I will say they never left the gate unlocked and always left treats for the dogs.
