My wife and I have 05 rescue fur babies and our previous groomer shut down recently. We always try to support our local shops and family owned businesses, especially when it comes to our pups. We decided to try Diamonds in the Ruff and could not have been happier. We took our dogs in for a nail trim and had to take them in rotations. Victoria was amazing with them and was able to accommodate all the pups. All of the pups have different personalities and they all took to her and her brother Christian right away. Victoria also did a great job and was thorough when cutting their nails. We will be taking our Pomeranian and Terrier back next week for grooming. They exceeded our expectations.

If your looking to get your furry friend a fresh clean grooming, then Diamonds in the Ruff is where you need to go! It's family owned and operated which means they care for your pets as well as their own! The staff is always kind, respectful and very helpful. My Huskies love coming here and I highly recommend them! Thank you Victoria for always going above and beyond!

The groomers at this location are amazing they make my boys feel so comfortable that they actually enjoy going to get groomed.

Thank you so much for always doing such a great job on my little Ariel. We appreciate you so much. Your prices are more then reasonable, your shop is clean and calming, unlike the big chain groomers. I'm always PROUD TO SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES!!!!

I Highly Recommend Diamonds In the Ruff. 1st time our Pup Ariel Has Been To The Groomers so we were nervous for her. Victoria is a joy, she is patient, knowledgeable, answered all our questions and concerns. Location is great, place is very clean. We are Super Happy With Ariel's New Look. We already have our next appointment set.

I took my fur baby, Truffle, to the groomer *Diamonds In the Ruff* today. She had gone to a groomer years before in PA but she's 6 years older and I was worried about her. Well! They were super nice, took less time then expected and charged less than what I was quoted! My cat is currently laying with her belly exposed and I'm a happy mama. read more

I moved to the area a few months ago I found this place on my phone. It is close by my house so I thought I had found a groomer for years to come. BUT when I picked up my dog he was in obvious pain and he looked at me like he was just tortured. His tail was broken and he no longer likes to have it touched something he enjoyed prior to his visit to diamonds in the Ruff. Stay away!!!! Terrible customer service as well!! read more

I went here after doing some research and I'm so glad I did. My Chihuahua hates getting her nails clipped. She's always fidgety and anxious. Well I went here and we were done in less than 5 minutes (I really think it was more like 2 minutes. I was too in shock to truly notice). My pup didn't even flinch. Though she did poo on the groomer (I'm so sorry) because of her nerves, but I think that had more to do with my driving. I will def be going back. read more

I brought my dog here thinking it would be a better experience then at Petsmart but when I walked in, I already had a bad vibe and wish I would have just stuck to my gut instinct. When I picked him up, his nails were bleeding and I wasn't informed that he was bleeding. I didn't notice until we got home and there was blood all over the carpet and couch. His haircut looked super uneven and it was only $10 cheaper than Petsmart. I definitely recommend just spending the extra money and taking your animal to a place where you know they will take care of your dog as if he is their own. I wouldn't mind the bleeding so much if they had informed me and maybe apologized but nope...nothing. read more

Horrible customer service! Groomer was rushing me out and definitely not a people person. She would insult me indirectly as well. I'm a paying customer and damn it I should of not gotten treated like that! She didn't even cut my dog like she normally does but I didn't bother to ask her to fix it cuz she was rushing me out. Rushing me out at the time that she should be there at the groomers instead she was needing to do an errand during her work time. SHAME! This is truly the worst customer service experience I have EVER had…read more It started with my picking up my golden who I have taken there a few times before. I was happy with the experience the last few times and that why I took her back. I told them I wanted the same service as the times previously with the bath, brush, nails, sanitary and hair trim. When I picked her up it looked as though they took the buzzer to her whole body. I brought it to the owner, Morley Thompson's attention and she looked at the card and said they did the same exact thing as the previous times and explained what they wrote the last time and how it was the same. I explained to her that I understand it may be written that way but showed her all the ways it was VERY different and why I was unhappy. She then told me it was the exact same and said my dog looked great. I explained to her that it was my dog, I am the customer and I was unhappy. I told her the last few times I had been in I loved the trim and this time they totally buzzed her all around. She then went on to YELL at me that I was wrong and my dog looked "freaking great" and her groomer did an amazing job. Then the worst part of it all is she starts insulting my dog about something completely irrelevant, saying that my dog "isn't even leash trained". She also said "and when you go to write a bad review she will put a picture of my dog from the cameras and show how great your dog looks!", which is completely inappropriate to be posting pictures of people's dogs without their permission. I then asked if she would also attach the way she speaks to her customers and she went silent. Needless to say we will never be back and I hope no one else takes their dogs there because she truly is a terrible person and doesn't have a clue how to speak to a customer. He was accidental nicked on his genitals. I have records of a doctor visit, calls to store and emails. Our dogs are groomed every 8-10 weeks, so we take care of them. The owner Debbie is very irresponsible and the groomer lied about the situation. Just be aware. If you've had a great experience, I'm glad, but we did not. I asked for the vet bill to covered not for a refund, which is very reasonable.

UNPROFESSIONAL GROOMER AMBER AND FRONT DESK. In addition, dog groomer, Amber has anger issues and is the most unprofessional groomer I have ever dealt with in 30 years. She really needs to address her anger issues and find a different line of work.. I called Friday late afternoon, around 4 o'clock, to schedule dog grooming for my miniature poodles. Initially, the appointments were going to be next week; however, I was told that they could fit me in on Saturday with Amber. They mentioned 730, bringing the dogs in so that they could bathe them all at the same time and go through their process. I'm not paying for them to use their process only. I pay big money for dog grooming so that they cut their hair, do it right, and in a professional manner. Unfortunately, my house lost power last night, so the alarms did not go off until 8:30. I called and they said we could get you in if you can be here in 15 minutes. which traditionally is not an issue. I called multiple times to say I'm on my way and I've heard Interstate 10 can always be a surprise. I get a call as I'm two blocks from See Spot Clean stating I will need to reschedule. So my question is, if they were gonna spend the four hours on five dogs, and I offered to only bring two dogs in based on the timing and the receptionist said no. I get a highly aggressive text from Amber saying that she is on "COMMISSION" and she had to give up clients which she did not as i was two blocks away, According to her she had the two appointments already scheduled from last week, because they told me she was fitting me in. I hate when people in the service industry lie to manipulate the narrative . Therefore, she lied to me about that, and then goes on to say that because the power outage and not making it in 15 minutes, that she missed out on clients is false because they told me she was leaving immediately. It is obvious that the front desk and the groomers are not in sync, and that is a management issue that they need to resolve. When I bring five dogs in between paying the fees and giving hundred-dollar gratuities or tips to the groomers, that's $1000, plus I've been doing this for years. I'm a retired chief information officer and have managed employees in 40 countries. If I had employees treat what should be clients but not as customers, I would fire them. Any employ in a customer facing role should try to find common ground and not be aggressive and throw a tantrum and punish the customer who is paying their salary. I would've happily scheduled my appointment next week, and I had no way to control APS and whether it provided power to my area or lack of power, and I definitely can't control traffic on the I-10. I hope the owner reads this because I am making it a mission now as a former good customer that should've been a client telling everybody I meet about the horrible service that I've received from See Spot Clean and definitely never take their dogs to the groomer Amber. The other problem I have is when I try to explain some of these issues to the person at the front desk, she didn't say, let me escalate to a manager or let me let you talk to Amber right away. She just said OK. I'll tell the owner. If that is the business model for resolving customer issues, it's broken You've made a long-term customer angry. resulting in lost revenue, not just to the owner of the grooming company but to the other groomers that do a good job. I blame Amber specifically for her unprofessionalism and the front desk staff I will be leaving feedback on See Spot Clean on all the social media spots, i.e. Yelp, Facebook, HOA Management Community Boards, Google, Instagram, Twitter or X. Specifically on groomer Amber and front desk.
