My wife and I have 05 rescue fur babies and our previous groomer shut down recently. We always try to support our local shops and family owned businesses, especially when it comes to our pups. We decided to try Diamonds in the Ruff and could not have been happier. We took our dogs in for a nail trim and had to take them in rotations. Victoria was amazing with them and was able to accommodate all the pups. All of the pups have different personalities and they all took to her and her brother Christian right away. Victoria also did a great job and was thorough when cutting their nails. We will be taking our Pomeranian and Terrier back next week for grooming. They exceeded our expectations. read more

I moved to the area a few months ago I found this place on my phone. It is close by my house so I thought I had found a groomer for years to come. BUT when I picked up my dog he was in obvious pain and he looked at me like he was just tortured. His tail was broken and he no longer likes to have it touched something he enjoyed prior to his visit to diamonds in the Ruff. Stay away!!!! Terrible customer service as well!! read more

I went here after doing some research and I'm so glad I did. My Chihuahua hates getting her nails clipped. She's always fidgety and anxious. Well I went here and we were done in less than 5 minutes (I really think it was more like 2 minutes. I was too in shock to truly notice). My pup didn't even flinch. Though she did poo on the groomer (I'm so sorry) because of her nerves, but I think that had more to do with my driving. I will def be going back. read more

The owners are just amazing and make you and your furrbaby feel like family used to live in the area and recently moved about 40 minutes away and will continue to drive here for all my dogs grooming!! I brought my dog here thinking it would be a better experience then at Petsmart but when I walked in, I already had a bad vibe and wish I would have just stuck to my gut instinct. When I picked him up, his nails were bleeding and I wasn't informed that he was bleeding. I didn't notice until we got home and there was blood all over the carpet and couch. His haircut looked super uneven and it was only $10 cheaper than Petsmart. I definitely recommend just spending the extra money and taking your animal to a place where you know they will take care of your dog as if he is their own. I wouldn't mind the bleeding so much if they had informed me and maybe apologized but nope...nothing. read more

Horrible customer service! Groomer was rushing me out and definitely not a people person. She would insult me indirectly as well. I'm a paying customer and damn it I should of not gotten treated like that! She didn't even cut my dog like she normally does but I didn't bother to ask her to fix it cuz she was rushing me out. Rushing me out at the time that she should be there at the groomers instead she was needing to do an errand during her work time. SHAME! That was the last time that I am spending my money on her horrible customer service! If I could put no stars I definitely would! read more

Will never go back. Hit my dog and were very rude to me and my dog. She ended up with blood all over just from getting her nails clipped. They then threw her at me and tolde to get out of there. Horrible treatment read more
