Have been coming here since 2006 and it still has the same great menu, wonderful service, and outstanding food. Even after moving to Dallas, my wife and I still fly into Lubbock and make a point to stop and get a gyro supreme and some baklava. Great once again, see you next time. read more

We love this place. Best atmosphere for a weekend lunch or an afternoon snack with friends. Our favorites are: dolma, baklava, lamb gyro, Turkish coffee. They have a store section at the back where we buy Sadaf tea (earl grey), which is heavenly! Highly recommend you to stop by at Lite Bite if you're in Lubbock. We're new to Lubbock and so far haven't found too many restaurants that we really like. We happened to be in the area and needed to pick up some lunch. I found this place nearby through Yelp and it had several really good reviews so we gave it a whirl. The Gyros were perfect, the meat was flavorful, veggies were crisp and fresh, and the pita bread was so good it could have been eaten all by itself. I've been here over 20 times in the last few years. The food is excellent, the place is always clean, there are items to brows in the back while you wait, and the menus is huge. Everything is well priced, and the drinks are as exotic as the food. The only slight complaint I have is that the man behind the counter can seem a little different sometimes. It's just a cultural difference though. I would recommend this place if you're adventurous. read more

I really wanted to like this place and I was excited about it but this place sucks!! I got the gyro plate with chicken. The chicken is thickly sliced microwaved and it tasted like Pam. The "Greek salad" did NOT have feta cheese instead it was shredded white cheese. The tomatoes were very soggy and the dressing was plain Italian. The hummus was very watery and bland. Lastly, even the coke was not diluted properly and it tasted like syrup. Would not recommend this place to anyone. It also made me very nauseous! read more

Great Gyro! The meat was well spiced, and cooked. The yogurt sauce very nice also. However, can someone tell me what's with the tortilla chips and pickle? It just doesn't go well together at all. I agree w/ Bree, something a little more Greek would be better. I'll go back for sure because the Gryo was excellent. read more

It had a low quality fatty meat for gyro with a bad and tasteless rice and chewy pita. Homemade dough tasted more like milk than dough!

Old salad, frozen french fries, high prices, and small portions -- enough said.

All the food tasted old. The gyros tasted like dog food that had been microwaved. The meat was slimy. I have never had such bad food. The service was good but every dish my family and I ordered was gross. The Falafel tasted like it came from a box mix and had a bitter taste with sandy texture. read more
