The staff however didn't explain how the hot pot part of the menu worked or how the food comes out. They were verified on the ordering though. The sushi items looked great and the presentation was nice - but the flavors were just okay. I know, getting sushi in West Texas may be iffy - but for the price it was okay. The tempura items had a heavy panko breading that was both thick and very greasy. The sushi itself was average. Perhaps we went more we could figure out items that we would like better.
