Its been a while since we have been here. Sadly, not much has changed with burning the bottom of the food. Pizza is better compared last time.

I began to love Lit Pizza when I went to LSU, but live and work on the west side now, and was so excited to see them come over to Brusly. I went about a month after they opened and the staff was friendly and the place was nice. Lit always has such quality ingredients for the pizza toppings and I'd doubt anyone couldn't be satisfied with their array of options! The pizza is usually enough for two people or two meals, so I think the price point is fair. I'm a little salty that the cauliflower crust is quite an upcharge - like $4.50 - but it is so delicious and I'm glad they even have it to offer! I handcraft my own 9/10 times and change it up, but two of their monthly specials: The Bee Sting and Nick D's are something I look out for every year. I also love the ability to add toppings after they come out of the over - like the habanero honey, ranch and pesto. So good! They also have one of my favorite drinks - the blood orange lemonade. I crave that drink just as much as the pizza!

Great location! I live in Addis so this location is very convenient. Great job oomph the remodel and decor of this building. The workers were fast and friendly. I ordered to go but nexT time I will sit inside. This location has several tables and booths. Large screen tv was on as well. Outside has a cute patio area with a few tables. I'm so glad businesses are comIng to WBR Parish. Oh I ate the pizza before I could get a picture lol! I had a custom made creamy white sauce, mushrooms, olives, pineapples, and artichokes. It was delicious. My little one had a pepperoni and she enjoyed it. So the 2 pizzas ( 1 custom and 1 regular) and 1 drink were a total of $18.

First time here after hearing about this place from several people and it did not disappoint. Plenty of toppings to choose from. The lemonade was delicious as would the pizza. I'd definitely come again.

Everyone is always very friendly at this location & fast! Wish online ordering would be a little better, but not an issue. My daughter eats here multiple times a week!

We really do love this place, which is why this review is disappointing to write. Unfortunately,…read moreour most recent visit was not up to the standard we've come to expect. The first issue was with the quesadillas. Both of them arrived smashed together, stuck to the paper wrapper, and neither had been cut into slices. Instead of being easy to share and eat, they were difficult to separate from the paper and ended up as one large, messy blob. I ordered the shredded chicken quesadilla and was very disappointed with the flavor. The chicken had a burnt, leftover-grill taste that made it hard to enjoy, and after one bite I couldn't finish it. It also seemed to have very little cheese, which made it feel dry and lacking the cheesy goodness you'd expect from a quesadilla. My boyfriend ordered the pork quesadilla. While it was better than the chicken, it still had an unusual off-flavor, and it had the same issues with not being sliced and sticking to the wrapper. On a positive note, the chips, salsa, and queso were excellent and ended up being the highlight of our meal. I do think the queso is a little pricey for those of us trying to stick to a budget but love to dip our quesadillas in it, but it was still very tasty. Despite this disappointing takeout experience, the employees are always kind, friendly, and welcoming. The atmosphere is warm and family-friendly, which is one of the reasons we keep coming back. We're hoping this was just an off day because we've had good experiences in the past, and we look forward to giving them another chance and hopefully updating this review with a better experience.

I'm typically a creature of habit and hate experimenting when I'm hungry, but I've definitely ventured out of my comfort zone with trying different items, and have not been disappointed thus far. The waitstaff are pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. As other reviewers have said, the atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. The place tends to get crowded at peak times, so reservations have proven to be a good idea. I've also noticed that take-out is a popular option as well.

The space is open, mostly on the outdoor patio with some seating inside. There's a playground in the back if you have your kids and they want to get their energy out. That's nice for families and for those of not wanting to dodge the little ones. You order at the counter and drinks at the bar. We all ordered in waves. Everything came out a lot more quickly than I expected it to. They let you order half and half pizzas at no extra charge. You choose between the small and large. The small is enough for two, easily. I ordered the Fast Eddie / Danny the Creator half and half. Both were pretty great. The crust is thin but doesn't flop over, and there isn't a lot of grease to have to clean up. Other orders at the table included the Mid City (a hit), the Coon Ass (with huge cracklins on top), and the HBIC, among others. No complaints at our table, a rarity that there is not at least one. They have a full bar with lots of different liquor, some draft beer, and several bottle/can beer selections. We asked about gluten free selections, and they said they usually do have some GF crust available, but they had run out. I was not surprised by this as there was a home game the day before, so I assumed perhaps they would have sold it all. (hard to estimate how much you'll need). Every staff member encountered was super friendly and welcoming, and they made sure we were taken care of. I'm very pleased with the experience and will come back again for sure.

I was being healthy and ordered the cauliflower crust make your own pizza. I was skeptical at first because cauliflower crust taste can vary on how it is made. This one was perfect! It was crunchy, and it didn't taste much different than a normal crust, to me. As for toppings, I got the pesto sauce with tons of cheeses, meat and some olives. It took them just a second to make and then they put it in the oven... which took about 4 minutes. After it comes out, you can top it with anything on the topping bar. So, I topped mine with pesto and parm cheese. Staff was polite and fast. The restaurant was clean. This is a great location, right on Burbank near campus.
