The food here is so so. Kind of inconsistent. I think it was better when they first opened. I went in several months later and they seemed to be under new management. This didn't enhance the business in my opinion . There were too many non employees behind the register/food area, including a newborn looking baby and a school age child or 2. Also, a customer had ordered food and stiffed them on picking up and paying for the food. They openly discussed this customer information and talked all kind of crap about the customer. While I understood their frustration of wasted food and loss of money, I think they should've waited and discussed this in private. Definitely a turn off. I attempted to order all flats wings and they told me they don't do that. Huh??? I suggest going to Wing Plus in Addis because they do all flats or all drums, have good burgers, a drive thru, and friendlier staff. This place, not so much. read more

Went to order and the lady taking it had a tough time with the computer so she hand wrote the order to keep me from waiting. Double cheese burger was delicious but the philly is what I'll be back for. We had the blooming onion and had nothing bad to say about it. Another time when I called to place an order, the lady who answered the phone had me wait a couple minutes while she fiddled with the computer. She had trouble logging into her system. My quest for the top burgers in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas continues. Stopped over at the new Burger Me restaurant in Brusly, LA (located in the West Baton Rouge parish). Let me dish out the meaty details before I get into the minors. I ordered the double turkey bacon cheeseburger. I was impressed with size of the burger - patties were thick and juicy, the cheese to me tasted like processed cheese slices (not my fave) and the bacon was turkey bacon - nice touch for those who love that (for me, it was just okay). Overall, I was impressed with the burger - it was flavorful, not at all greasy and well worth the amount I paid for it. Their menu compares to another familiar burger chain. "All toppings free - ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce, grilled mushrooms, bell peppers..." Now, when I eat burgers, I love all the toppings! Yes, add the cheese, bacon, tomato, lettuce, mushrooms and more! In fact, double those ingredients! Between 3 not so hungry individuals, we each were able to have a piece of the burger and gobble it right up! I called in my order, so I could quickly pick-up. I was thrilled to find out that they were open until 9pm on a Thursday. I called twice. The first time was to ask about what time they closed. The lady who picked up had a hard time understanding me, but after asking my question a few times, she was able to give me the answer I needed. Pro-tip: whomever picks up the phone has to be able to effectively communicate with customers. I called a second time about an hour later to place my order, same lady answered it and she had to pass it to another employee to take my order. Very odd. Thankfully, my order was taken correctly. If you are in the neighborhood, looking for a burger to fulfill your craving, come here! Fantastic service and food. Had the burger and Philly cheesesteak. Phillys are something i eat everywhere in search for the best. Surprising as it is this may be the best I've ever had in any state. When it comes to good customer service and quality food there aren't many restaurants in West Baton Rouge that can offer both. Burger Me is one of the few restaurants in the area that provide good food and good customer service. The employees are polite and actually smile while taking your order. That may not seem like a big deal, but if you've ever dined at any of the surrounding restaurants in that area you know that more often than not you are going to receive horrible customer service. If you aren't a fan of fast food, like myself, I would definitely recommend stopping by for a homemade style burger and fries! read more

Good variety of toppings to choose from which made for a good custom burger. All items are priced separately so no combos which increased the price if you are looking for such.
