We immediately notified our waitress and the manager on duty, Stephanie. She apologized initially and said she would "make it right." Unfortunately, that never happened. Throughout the remainder of our visit, Stephanie never came back to our table to apologize or check on us. Before leaving, I went to speak with her to ask how she planned to make the situation right. Her response was that she would "spray the building." I asked how that made things right for customers who had just experienced roaches crawling on the table while we were eating. I then asked for the general manager's or owner's contact information. Stephanie first claimed she was the only manager. She then said she would give me the owner's name but instead told me to "figure it out yourself," told me not to come back, and walked away. Finding a live roach crawling on the table where customers are eating is unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was the way the situation was handled. Instead of showing concern or attempting to resolve the issue professionally, we were met with dismissive and rude behavior. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend eating here. The restaurant appeared to have a serious cleanliness problem, and the customer service from the manager on duty was extremely unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint with the local health department so the restaurant can be inspected. This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've ever had.
