I came in for a gel pedicure. I was immediately greeted soon as I walked in. They were able to take me right away. I don't know the lady's name that did my pedicure but she was amazing. She works very carefully and she's gentle. I love how perfectly shaped my nails came out with the gel polish on. I'll definitely be back for a manicure. I did not like the shape of my nails, I'm trying to explain to him i like my nails square and for them to match; you have filed my nails square on one hand and the other hand it's round. I've gone to Lisa for about a year and half. I've been prompt to my appointments & loyal. I've also been patient when she takes phone calls, returns calls, has conversations with her husband and walk-ins while doing my nails. I called after New Year's and left 2 vmail messages to book an appt. and no returned call. Today I called for an appt. and Lisa said "I'm sorry I can't do your nails anymore" without an explanation. Very unprofessional to say the least! What future customer's might need to know is that Lisa did my nails extremely well for a while, then her Daughter left, she began rushing my appointments and the quality suffered. I've had to ask her to correct nail shape, file sharp edges before applying polish and she seemed insulted. At an appt. Lisa started my nails and without asking shuffled me to her husband's station to finish my nails. He is a very nice man, but it felt awkward and I thought that was rude of her. Before Christmas during an appt. a couple of clients arrived at the same time and I felt she may have her husband finish my nails again, so I asked nicely and quietly if she was going to finish my nails because I prefer she finish them. She said she was going to do them, but I felt she wasn't happy with me. It may very well be that Lisa didn't want to provide me the quality of service I came to expect, appreciated, paid and tipped for. OK nails and rude behavior is not good enough. Lisa's Nails is my by far my favorite nail spot! Dropped by last minute before my morning shift for a fill and got helped right away. I didn't catch her name, but it was a young lady and she was awesome! Not only was she fast, she did my nails without nicking my skin. BIG PLUS.
