I haven't paid a little less than $100 in a long a$$ time consider how expensive everything is now ( brow waxed / builder gel fill mani / basic pedicure + removal ) Owner - Lisa did my first nail set ! she is super sweet and easy to talk to . I was calling everywhere on a saturday morning looking for someone to do a builder gel fill for me. Desperately .... This place is so slept on, I love how it's not overwhelming and the fact that they don't overbook people is amazing. As someone who has gone to private manicurist to even them fast paced chop shop with 10+ chairs, I really like this place. Starting off I was able to get an appointment in a saturday within 1 hour ! Rachel did my builder fill. She did a spectacular fill beautifully done . She was done within 1 hour.. I also got my pedicures done, Kim did my toes. She was extra careful . His English is great and he's very accommodating when I have to reschedule or he'll call if the nail tech is running late/ early There's street parking (2 hours free) in front of the business and all around the block. The business itself is clean, well lit and has an ample amount of chairs. I usually get the gel manicure with cat eye (additional $15) and gel builder. It sometimes takes 1- 1.5 hours with my old gel removal and cost me a little under $70 which isn't too bad! The different nail techs I get are always kind and it doesn't feel like they're rushing the job- which is very important to me I'm soo glad my friend recommended me here because I'll def be a regular! read more

Went in to get a simple mani with regular nail polish. They pushed for gel and I finally gave in. They left them so bumpy because of too many coats of gel. The lady was very unsure of what she was doing. Overpriced and didn't like how they looked. Do. Not. Come here. If they can do a basic gel coat I doubt they can do anything else. read more

I originally stopped by in person to schedule an appointment because my phone call was never returned. I was told that Rachel would be off the entire weekend, yet she ended up working that day -- which was already confusing. I made my appointment three weeks in advance for 2/21 at 1:00 PM, but it was canceled at the last minute. What made it worse was that no alternative technician, rescheduling option, or solution was offered. Poor communication, duplicate/conflicting scheduling, and last-minute cancellations show a lack of respect for customers' time. After planning ahead and rearranging my schedule, this was beyond frustrating and upsetting. This wasn't just an inconvenience -- it completely disrupted my schedule. What's most frustrating is the lack of organization and accountability. When you make an appointment ahead of time 3 weeks in advance, you expect the salon to honor it. When I walked in the guy at the front desk was wonderful, and very friendly. I got a Gel Pedicure done by Lisa T. She was amazing, a perfectionist. A Basic Pedicure costs $30. I got a Gel Pedicure for $40. It included a leg and foot massage, a scrub, and a hot stone massage. I told Lisa T I could fall asleep. Best pedicure ever for the best price ever! I asked for acrylic on my toes since some were two short. I asked what they recommend if I should do acrylic or gel x. They said acrylic. They had me sitting there for 3.5 hour!!! The nail tech added so much acrylic on my toes they looked like my nail bed turned into a ball because of how thick it was. I asked for it to be filed down and finally someone else had to come help. I paid $85 for ugly ass toes I had to get removed because of the horrible application. Seriously a mockery. The nail tech had no idea what she was doing. At all. They widened my nail beds so the acrylic is sitting on my skin. Hopefully I do not get contact dermatitis since she cut me up all over with the drill. Horrible experience. Although I live further away from this salon, I've found that it's difficult to find a salon that compares to the quality of services provided here. They are worth a further drive for me. Never had issues with paint chipping or lifting here, and the polish/technique they use have actually made my nails stronger to the point where I can grow out my natural nails long. They've added new sheer gel colors to their collection which I will consider for special occasions since it's $5 extra. The owners and workers here are always friendly and they seem to genuinely want you to have a good experience here. Every nail tech I've had has been meticulous and care about the result being up to par with my expectations. The salon is always clean and well-maintained. And even though two of my absolute fave technicians have come and gone, I still have a great experience every time! Hana and Annie were always my go-to pedicurists but they've both resigned over the past year. Today I had a new technician (new to me) - Anna - and she was fantastic!! Will definitely be asking for her going forward. She was extremely thorough, especially on my cuticles which I really appreciate. And her massage - heavenly!! I left feeling so relaxed! Their prices are still very competitive and decent for the area. I've gotten to know the owners - Simon & Lisa - over the year+ and they are absolutely wonderful people! Always so welcoming and genuinely happy to see the regulars and everyone coming in! They really go above and beyond to make sure everyone enjoys their experience. I always get the VIP pedicure which is a great value imo - it includes callous and cuticle treatments, 10 minute massage, polish, and even a hot stone massage! And I add on paraffin wax as well.
