I've been living in the area for almost four years now and have found my go-to nail salon. Sophie…read moreand her sisters are always so incredibly pleasant and calm when providing their services. I usually get a gel manicure and pedicure with them and they always meet the mark! The vibes are very calm as well, good r&b or pop music is often playing, and I realize I'm not really hit with those toxic nail polish fumes when I'm in there as they usually keep the A/C running or have a good airflow in their place. Overall, I come here when I know I need my nails done by people who care. Also, I love that Sophie is easy to reach when it comes to making an appointment. She is so responsive & sweet! I really enjoy coming here and catching up with the women that run this space.

My niece recommended Nell's Palace to my wife and me, and we decided to celebrate our anniversary…read more I chose the 24K pedicure for us, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. A lot of shops advertise "luxury" pedicures, but Nell's Palace truly delivers. Nothing was rushed, it was relaxing, enjoyable, and felt like a real treat. We both left feeling more relaxed and rejuvenated than we have from any pedicure before. I had Kim, who did an amazing job with great attention to detail, and my wife had Hannah, who gave her one of the best massages she has ever had during a pedicure. Although the chairs in the front waiting area could use some cleaning and there were a flies and small bugs in the back area that wouldn't leave us alone, I still can't take away any stars because the pedicure itself was that good. I do hope they address those issues, but we will definitely be back and are hoping Nell's Palace becomes our new spot for pedicures.

I've been waiting to give my review on them . I've been quite a few times in the past year and this…read moreis my opinion . Let's get into it . I've gotten my nails done here and pedicures here . I'm not a huge fan of the work on the nails . Idk if it's because they are rushing or if it's certain people that do better nails than others but both times I got nails done they lifted in a week . But as far as pedicures! They do excellent work . I've had different people do my feet and they are very attentive if you ask they'll do it ! And they last . They really get into everything when it comes to cleaning and trimming . And offer so many pedicure packages that come loaded for a reasonable price . I always get the deluxe OR the detox pedicure !!!! Clay mask hit rock massage all the works ! Hot towel then to finish with wax on the feet for 75 including gel ! Ofcourse they are friendly and will talk to you I love a good girl chat in the salon . It's clean from what I can see and nice massage chairs . As far as appointments they don't always honor it . They are a busy spot so it's always hit or miss but if you can get in there , I'd definitely recommend getting pedis done. They also do good eyebrow waxing as well . I have full eyebrows and don't need too much done to them , they listen and understand the assignment everytime .

So a basic pedi was $53 without tip. So with tip you're looking at close to $60. For polish. Honestly, for that price you can get gel and probably a tip included at other salons. Their prices are $13 - 20 higher than other comparable salons, I don't mind paying extra for a specialty/ premium pedi but this is not the case . I'm not sure what justifies this high price, but I will not be coming back. *edit after business response : high sanitation practices should be standard and not considered a luxury. The prices are still higher than other salons.*
