I want to preface this review by saying that I have had many great massages here both single and couple. Yesterday I went alone and was paired with an older gentleman . He wreaked havoc on my back digging in way to deep and seemed to only focus on my back . I asked for a Swedish basic massage , when I went to pay I was charged for deep tissue . I had to take 2 ibuprofen and lay my back on a heating pad when I went home . Not normal. I will still come here when I'm in town but now I know to always ask for a female therapist which is what I have had in the past and they were great . read more

That's what she told me at the desk at least... horrible massage I felt tense the entire time when I booked a Swedish not a deep tissue, I just wanted to relax. We found this place and saw it had a high rating so we set up an appointment for the end of the night (they are open til 9:30pm). Tony and Wendy were our masseuses. They were absolutely amazing! Great spa location, I called last minute for a party of 5 & they were able to tend to us. The spa is located in a shopping plaza with plentiful of parking. The ambiance inside is relaxing and welcoming. They had plenty of different rooms with different services from facials to Swedish massages. The place is very clean and the staff is very nice. Hot stones offered with every massage which is nice. Bring cash for tip, not required but recommended. They offer a rewards program. My masseuse JENNY was amazing, she applied the prefect amount of pressure & was able to get all my knots out as well as crack a couple spots of my body when stretching me out. Got a perfect one hour massage here today! Tina did a great job :) It was $49 for a "regular" 60min massage. They have deep tissue and combination massages for a little bit more but the regular was just perfect for me. I really appreciated that the massage never felt rushed. Tina knew just where I needed more work without me saying a word and I do so appreciate the work she did. I feel better than I have in months! I certainly recommend giving this place a try. This place is awful I went in with my girlfriend looking for a massage my girlfriend has been here a few time before I decided to give it a try, she scheduled an appointment for 3:15 and we didn't get massages until about 3:45 after sitting naked on the bed just waiting. When the two girls got there they massaged us as they made fun of us in there language. Although I could not understand I read body language and facial expressions really well to understand that they were laughing while massaging us showing each other certain things about our bodies. To make matters worse they have the girls stand next to the cash register looking at you to see how much you would tip. As we were checking out they charged us for a different massage then what we asked for which I'm sure they do to a lot of people to try and get more money which is how a lot of these places work. We got charged extra so decided to tip $5 to each worker and as soon as we said $5 both workers started yelling at us and walked away to the back room which we can still here them going on about how we tipped low and we didn't like the massage. We know this because the little boy at the register told us that they said we tipped low which means to them that we didn't like our massage. First of all I didn't know tipping was something that is necessary I wonder how they would've acted if we didn't tip at all maybe threaten us or something I'm not sure how these people at this business work. After all this we had called the "owner" or a manager I'm not sure because the person on the phone kept saying the owner is in China then he said the owner will call us in 15 minutes which is really odd especially for a grown man to be yelling at a girl. Facilities were immaculately clean, super quiet dim room, warm and cozy. They asked during the massage only a few times if everything is ok, they did not talk through the massage.
