Dr. Legere always takes her time with me. I never feel rushed...and she is always honest about what she thinks I may need, and more importantly, DON'T need. I appreciate how she always has me hold a mirror and asks me what I see....and what do I think I need. She explains about shadowing and if we put filler in some spots...it may create shadowing in other spots that I may not want. These are things we as consumers, dont think about.. so her professional guidance is very appreciated! I have had Josh for a previous service as well...upon my first visit with him, I felt like we'd known each other forever! When I came in months later, he greeted me with a "hey, beautiful!" And asked me how work was. I love feeling remembered and appreciated as a guest...and not just another 'patient'. I was referred to Dr Legere from a friend who had found her on Groupon. I didn't purchase the Groupon, but she honored that price. I've had botox other places and been pleased. But at this rate, it was worth trying her out. I also went to her with the intentions of doing a Botox party in the future. It's affordable and you only need 4 people. Back to my experience, it was great. She is in a little office by herself. She drew on my head and explained different areas and what she recommended vs what I had in the past. No one has ever taken that much time with me explaining everything. She filled her syringes in front of me (beautiful solutions did NOT.) Explained every injection and how much she was putting in. I am so impressed with my experience at Lip Med Spa!! I purchased a Groupon for Juvederm and met with Blaise who listened to my concerns and discussed the best options for the natural look that I was hoping to achieve. She was fabulous!!! She actually did not recommend Juvederm for me and suggested a different treatment that would provide better results for what I wanted. They even honored the Groupon and didn't charge the difference even though the treatment was more expensive and not a part of the Groupon deal! I also met Dr. Legere (she's awesome too!) who came in during the procedure to make sure everything turned out perfect! They were so detail oriented and provided the best service! I have been going to Dr. Legere for a little over a year for occasional botox. I had PRP twice, once by Josh and once by Dr. L and both demonstrated great results. I was getting Bio-T from another provider and switched over to them for this also. It's super easy to communicate with Josh, I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Josh and Dr. L. No pushy sales, no recommending things I don't need or want for their profit and straight and honest answers to my questions medically and financially. I also took my teen son there who had been battling acne for about 3 years and we tried every prescription medication except accutane because my son was hesitant. I signed him up for a lovely treatment that Josh recommended and his acne is gone now. I am sold. So happy with my experience! I asked for recommendations via the Nextdoor app and after going to a previous recommendation that did not work out I set up a consultant for lip filler with LIP Med Spa. From first entry the staff was so friendly, I was put into a waiting room for the consult. I told her about my concerns about an uneven smile and small lips. The doctor addressed my concerns and made sure I wasn't going to overdo the filler as it was my first time. We left the uneven smile alone this this. The first appointment was in December and I just recently went in this May where I got a touch more lip filler based on the recommendation that I'd don't need another full dosage and addressed my own concerns on my uneven smile. No one at the office ever made me fee like I had to do anything and I have always left feeling much better about myself do the the pleasant experience with every staff member. I purchased a Groupon for Door to Door Med Spa and went to the Arise Medical Towers location. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The facility is undergoing some changes but it is so clean and comforting and much like any spa atmosphere. Dr. Legere also came in to greet me and take me into the back for my procedure. She was so nice, full of information, willing to listening to any and every concern and happy to answer all my questions. She has such a cheery disposition and the staff seem to follow suit. I've been to so many spas over the years and most are good but I like yo feel really comfortable which is how I feel there. Super efficient. I get 20 units of Botox and in in and out in 15 minutes it's a long drive for me from south Austin but I schedule during easy commute times. To start, why does a practice continue to change their name? I drove all the way from Drip to meet with the Dr. I encountered a Josh, who seemed so shady and deceitful. I did not want anything else but botox and he made me feel bad about myself. He even stated "If I could afford it". I parked my Rollo outside! I called this spa to make sure they honor Groupon and had to call multiple times to get an answer (which is fine) but when I finally did I got an attitude-ridden flamboyant jerk who immediately changed his tone as soon as I said Groupon. First he felt the need to correct me in saying voucher instead of Groupon coupon which was obviously just to be a jerk. Then he said that 1 syringe of juvederm would not be enough for the area I was asking about. I told him that I don't need much at all and that it was fine and went on to ask about the technicalities of the voucher. It specified that it could only be used on one area so I was simply asking if the mouth corners still count as the nasolabial area. He either misunderstood me or didn't care because he refused to answer me and cut me off with "I don't think you're a very good fit for our spa" I was absolutely shocked and asked what he means by that. He danced around saying I'm asking very specific questions when really I was just making sure that the area I was asking about counted as 1 area. Ironically I wasn't "a good fit" for their spa because of assumptions he made about how much I need but he couldn't answer a basic question about the specifications of the voucher because that was "too many questions" absolutely TERRIBLE and humiliating service and I'm so glad I called beforehand to discover I was going to be treated 2nd-class citizen that probably would've got 2nd-class results. Don't sign your spa up for Groupon if you are going to be an ass to anyone who uses it. I hope that jerk gets fired because I can't imagine the kind of poor service he gives to people in other circumstances. Edit: That's all fine and good, but your "business call" was to say "I don't think you'll be a good fit" because I asked if the mouth corners are considered the nasolabial area under your "syringe can only be used on one area" specification for Groupon. That's not a question of how much I need, or anything that would fall into consultation territory. It was a simple question that could have been a simple yes or no, but you instead decided the quote above was the appropriate response to that question. I was completely polite and didn't load you with questions but in that exchange you had already decided I wasn't worth your time. Horrible customer service. Will never go back or recommend them to anyone. I purchased a groupon not knowing it was for first time customers only, I persuaded 2 other people to come with me to get services also bringing them extra business. After arguing with them about my groupon and them refusing to honor it, they gave me a whole spiel about how groupon won't even allow them to honor it even if they wanted to honor it because I had apparently been there before, mind you when I was there previously I had never used a Groupon, I paid full cost for the product and it was back when the company was under different management. Just a really frustrating experience. You would think they would appreciate the loyalty and be willing to accept the groupon or at least let me pay the difference, instead I had to pay the full price for the product. read more

While the Dr. was great, I had a serious issue with this place regarding pricing and not following through with what was discussed over the phone prior to my appointment. Groupon was offering lip filler here for $320 after a promotion they were having. I called to schedule an appointment and mentioned I found them on Groupon but hadn't purchased the Groupon yet. I offered to not purchase the Groupon if they would match the Groupon price because I know Groupon takes a very high cut. At the appointment Josh insisted I had to pay $369 not the $320 Groupon price after promotion that I had screenshotted. So I ended up paying an extra $50 for trying to help out a local business from losing a major cut to groupon. Very frustrating they refused to honor the Groupon price I was offered in person as promised over the phone. At that point at the appointment I could have purchased the $320 Groupon and tried to, but it did not process in time to use it. So I just threw away $50. read more
