I suppose they are too busy to care. Got a brow wax, only did lower half. Didn't touch the upper part, which obviously needed it. Got a lash tint, only did uppers. Not lowers. Got a lash lift, removed the product too soon on one side, too late in the other . Now one side is spiral curled and the other side is not curled. Make it worse? They broke off my lower lashes. So that may be why they chose not to tint them since what was left was sticking straight out!! Pointed out these issues before I left and she told me I was wrong. I'll be wrong somewhere else from now on. They may actually care about the issues I have from their bad service. And to the response posted here: you have my contact information and still choose not to call me. I have been asking for a phone call for over a week. You won't call me but you will post a retaliatory comment in Yelp? Bad form.

Scheduling is a breeze and the representatives are always so pleasant and understanding. Micah is a personal favorite of mine. She has surgically removed "things" and sent them off to pathology. Results come in very quickly. Her bedside manner is way above and beyond any expectations. Micah has the ability to make the patient feel like they're truly cared about. I can't say enough good things about her and her supporting team. I have not had any elective procedures at the clinic, but everyone in the waiting room always seems to be very happy. She did something no one has ever took the time to do for me before. Test the levels of the machine to see what my skin and tolerance level could handle. For instance, level 25 is an average setting a spa would use on a client but being the seasoned adventurer and procedure getter that I am, I was all the way in the high 30s! Imagine what poor results I would have received if she would not have taken the time to determine what works for my skin. The average setting would have yielded poor results on me for sure. I am over the moon with the results of my photofacial. By far and away the best photo facial i have received ever. Right after, I went in for my appointment with CeCe for Botox. She is fan-fan-fantastic! She took the time to discuss my goals (DISABLE ALL MOVEMENT!!) and talk to me about my questions of additional procedures I am wanting to stop the hands of time, rid myself of the wrinkles. When scheduling, I specifically asked whether you had an injector experienced with mature skin and droopy eyelids, as technique matters significantly. I was assured that you did. During my consultation, I explained that I typically receive 40 units and prefer a natural look. I also mentioned my droopy eyelids and that my previous injector adjusts placement to provide a subtle lift. I was advised to increase to 56 units, and after some discussion, I said fine (they made me pay the highest price per unit that I ever paid for that additional units) Within a week, my eyelids dropped significantly more than before. It appears too much product was placed in my forehead, resulting in pronounced lid heaviness. I am currently unable to comfortably apply mascara, and the outcome is very concerning. I contacted the front desk and was told a manager would call me. Instead, I received a text asking me to schedule another appointment. I requested a phone call but have not received any response. I am extremely disappointed -- both in the outcome and in the lack of consideration for their customers. Never again!

This makes my horrible 2020 even worse, and now I am missing a getaway I already paid for because I really need to go to the doctor before this bull gets worse and I lose half of my face or something.
