The sales were very encouraging. 30% off skin care, 40% off many items and 50% off gift sets. The gift sets were smallish items and looked like the sets they give you when you spend big at the dept. stores. These are just the right size for me to check out a new line. Customer service was attentive but not obtrusive. I ran across this tidbit. The cosmetics company store is owned by Estée Lauder.
