Mayra at the front desk was very helpful with any further questions I had, I went ahead and booked my surgery date the same day of my consultation. The day of surgery nurse Cat, Heather and the anesthesiologists Dr Green took amazing care of me, the Operating Room is in Vacaville so I decided it was best to book a hotel room at the Hyatt nearby, I followed proper instructions and even though I'm still in the process of healing I couldn't be happier with my decision to chose Dr Klink as my surgeon and I'd happily recommend him to any of my friends and loved ones. I came here to see Dr. McClure for lip filler. I had done my research and read many great reviews about him so I felt very confident he was the best to go to, however this was not the case. Despite getting to my appointment and being brought back almost an hour early he rushed through the whole thing. The consult lasted a few minutes and it consisted of him telling me that he couldn't manipulate the shape of my lips, only the size and he said it in a tone that was irritated like he expected me to ask for something unattainable. He didn't ask me any questions and didn't give me time to ask any questions. He was rushed and borderline rude about the consult. He used an aerosol spray on my lips before starting the injection and didn't warn me, he just aggressively sprayed it on my lips without giving me time to take a breath so I choked and struggled to hold my breath while he was spraying this on my lips. Now to the results of my lip injections. He used 90% of the injection in the middle of my upper lip. I've given it several days for the swelling to go down and it's worse than I thought it would be. The middle of my upper lip is huge and the rest are all the same size they were before my visit. I explained to him at the end of the appointment I wanted the sides and bottom lip to be fuller and he said if I wanted more I would need to come back for another appointment, costing me hundreds more than I've already paid. Overall, my lips look bad, the service was rushed and almost rude, and I paid way to much for what I got. read more

I was looking into getting a small (already faded) tattoo on my finger removed and the only place in town that provides laser tattoo removal is this place. I paid $50 dollars for a consultation and than was told I had to go to the Wolfe Center (rehab place for teens) to get my tattoo removal. They donate their time to remove tattoos off teens who get gang related tattoos and at that time their paying customers would have to go their too. I was already turned off by that. I than asked to make an 8am appointment as I worked on the day of this tattoo seminar and had to go in shortly thereafter. They told me that would not be a problem. The day of my appointment, I go in and no one at the Wolfe Center knew of my appointment the "doctors" weren't even their yet! So, I had to wait to 30 minutes to get my tattoo after paying $100!!!! When the guy finally arrived they took me in and he did one small quick pass at my tattoo and told me I was done!!?? Complete rip off!!! No one ever apologized nor did they lower my payment because of the inconvenience. Talk about unprofessional. These people only want your money and have no customer service whatsoever. On the advice of my best friend, I chose Dr McClure when I wanted to get breast implants. I did my homework and looked into surgeons in San Francisco but was not overly impressed by them, or their prices. And what better recommendation can there be than the actual results of your best friend? I can honestly say that the decision to get my boobs done was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I'm 5'8" tall and a size 10 on the bottom, but my 32A bra size meant that by the time I got a dress to fit on the bottom, it was too large on the top. I was a little nervous as I drove up to the office from my home in San Francisco, but that went away as soon as I walked into the beautiful office and met with his friendly and helpful staff. What impressed me most about Dr McClure during our consult was his professionalism; I never felt awkward discussing my breasts with him and his vast experience in this area made me comfortable allowing him to guide me as to size. Im 45 yrs old and have been getting Botox since I was in my early 30's. I've never been completely satisfied with my treatments.. sometimes I'd get funky new lines at the top of my forehead or over exaggerated eyebrows arches. This is the first time it was perfect. Dr. McClure is not only a brilliant plastic surgeon, he is an artiste. I am a 52-year-old mother of four grown children, and I felt the time had come to have my face, breasts, and tummy reassigned to their original upright and locked positions. After several (no cost) consultations with Dr. McClure, I opted for a face/brow lift, upper eye-lid rejuvenation, breast lift/augmentation and tummy tuck. Yes, the "works." Dr. McClure was pragmatic and very honest in his assessment of my face and body. Would I look 19 again? No. But would I look 35-40? Yes. A most definitive yes. Dr. Street said he could give my eyes an more open look. However, in the surgery instead he removed some of the "fat" under my eyebrows. He said it gave me a what he thought a "fresh look" which is not what we agreed on. My eyes are now not identical. One more closed than the other. He gave me 7 excuses why he couldn't do what we agreed upon. After many conversations and pictures back and forth, another doctor in the office said what I had asked for could be rectified. I made an appointment, got a driver, and when I went in, Dr. Street gave me more excuses why he couldn't do what I had asked and paid for. Dr. William McClure is absolutely one of the best people I have met in my life. I come to know Dr McClure when I went in to his office to deal with a place on my face referred by my GP. His description of Dr McClure was so glowing in his ability to do both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery I was wondering who this amazing doctor as described by my Doctor? My Doctor had been around Napa in a Medical Practice since around 1981, around time I arrived, and as I found out later also Doctor McClure. Needles to say for this small issue going perfect, would not impress anyone. However during that first visit I noticed pictures of young children, which were obviously from Third World Counties. The pictures surprised me in his office as they looked so out of place, which begged the question, what are these children with obvious major disfiguring birth defects and terrible burns doing in a heralded Napa Plastic Surgeon. So very friendly as his face lit up with his answer, with a compassion, this Marine almost started to cry. He told me of his visits doing this work abroad, in the poorest countries, with the worst places to stay, eat and transportation. Also the poorest hospitals with the least amount of supplies. I think his total was around 55 trips of a week or two. I know that total is over 80 now. Eventually I did cry, not in his office but when I spoke of his work to my wife, we both cried. If I would have known how much this was going to cost us over the next 12 years I would have cried longer and louder. Our friendship has continued since that day when I pledged my support in his and his colleges work, for the last 12 years have come to know and admire him more and more. I now have been included in trips and see the work his skilled hands have done to change children along with their families lives. I have also seen first hand the skill with which these doctors work and it is simply amazing. In a privet conversation with Dr Jim Chang, head of the entire Plastic surgery department, and renown Surgeon Internationally?Dr Chang when I ask about Dr McClure and the other doctors on the trips skill levels. I come to find out, Dr McClure is his personal Hero Plastic Surgeon, and is revered at Stanford, as while dong his internship, a crazy Doc/Professor thought Third World Countries with the greatest need should not be forgotten by the Stanford Doctors working mostly upper class Americans after graduation, should pay back and pay forward, showing their appreciation and compassion and donate a couple of weeks from their very financially profitable offices.every year. Travel with no reimbursements or pay, while expenses at their offices continue, income stops, donating their skills to kids they will never again see most likely. Dr McClure has taken that to another level as he went on his honeymoon with Chris his wife to South America with his life long friend Dr Jorge. Over the top, for most people and especially their wives, but in his case, like mine Dr McClure married and Angel, who went along with this border line in sane idea. I always describe my wife when ask, as simply the best lady I have ever known in my entire life, people who know her and those who meet her later agree 100%. However what Dr McClure doesnt know is the when ask I describe him in the exact same words, Simply the man I have ever known. When compared against each other she gets the nod for obvious reasons, and not so obvious. I hope this helps someone who is looking for an amazing doctor with world class surgical skills, when reviewed by the top level doctors on earth, who I am sure can handle any cosmetic request. A year ago in may of 2013 I had a breast lift and saline implants dc Mclure did prosedure which he ask me to email pics of breast to give him an idea of how big I wanted them AND if i thougt I needed to go bigger I could go back to his office and have more saline added for FREE ok I emailed pics of breasts wich looked a fair 34DD size just how I wanted them we went back for the pre surgery app he said ok I can make it happen for u so I was exited I had the surgery done but a few weeks later my breasts looked way smaller then before prosedure so I called his office he said he could put more saline water but I payed $250.0 more for wich he said FREE but didn't even reach a 34D :-( I been going back to have him make them the size I want now he says he can't because of strech marks and his medical remarks I don't care what he says now if at the bigginig he promised otherwise he should done his job right since the begining it was painfull not even the scars are worth it I paid $9,000 for something I'm not happy with resoults I'm sooo disapointed so I don't recomend you ladies if you want to look pretty and sexy look wisely and research first...so not even worth a star but I had to or my review wasn't gonna be posted hahahhahha!!! read more

Dr. William McClure is the one who did it. it cost me $6,400 for saline implants under the muscle and I was sooooo excited having waited so many years and so many consultations to have it done... long story short, I woke up from my surgery and looked down to be COMPLETELY disappointed.. I asked for a full D cup, guess what? They are a full B cup.. they were NOTHING like what I had asked for.. wayyyy too small! I went back after a couple of months and told him I was not happy, that I would like him to give me what I asked for and you know what he told me? "That was the biggest size I could fit into you. If you want it fixed it will be another $3,000". What a way to scam someone!! I could not afford another $3,000!! So now here I am 5 years later finally saved up enough to get them redone, somewhere else. Over the past few years I have met 4 other women who had the same thing happen to them from this place!
