Since I had never used one before, I searched online and found International Link Logistics. I was immediately connected with Freddy, who was incredibly helpful. He took care of everything--contacted customs directly, explained the entire process clearly, and guided me on exactly what I needed to do. All I had to do was prepare a proper invoice and send it in. What really stood out was that Freddy could have easily charged me for his help, but he didn't. His honesty and professionalism made a lasting impression. I will absolutely be doing business with him again within the year for much larger shipments from Europe to Canada. Trust me this company is terrible!!!…read more Outrageously slow and unprofessional, both with processing the cargo and providing any information on the shipping process. I had to fight with them every step of the way - from signing up a contract, to actually getting your cargo delivered.
