I was looking for an Import Broker for the fist time, as I had a large international shipment I needed assistance with the import documents and clearance. After searching through Yelp, I happily stumbled upon Juliana Lim CHB for assistance. I contacted them by phone and James was the first to pick up. I explained my situation with him, being a first time import for myself, and he was extremely patient with me and walked me through the entire process. He was always there every step of the way and always available via email if I needed him. The entire shipment took about a month to arrive and once it arrived at the port, James helped me with the import documents and clearances and everything was finally scheduled for delivery. I couldn't have done it without his help and would recommend this company for any import needs. Highly recommend! read more

I was in a bind due to a previous broker, not answering their phone so I called these guys up. I dealt with James Roman. Amazing fast service, and he took care of me the same day. Great service especially for the price. Will gladly use him next time again. A lot of the bigger companies do not want to clear your customs if you did not do the shipping with them. So he solved the problem I had. Thank you James read more

James and his team's knowledge and attention is second-to-none. I found him here on Yelp, was a bit apprehensive due to the sensitivity of the project we had. James went above and beyond to assist us with every details during normal business hours AND after-hours! Definitely recommend you use them. Thank you, read more

I am currently working with this business for my customs brokering needs. From the very beginning James has been an amazing help clarifying the process and taking his time to define words for me. If you feel like the customs process is confusing, James or his co workers will do an amazing job of walking you through the process. This was not the only customs broker we looked into but we chose them based off of some of these things. Price wise they are upfront and fair. They're also extremely available and knowledgeable. Planning to continue doing business with you guys! read more

I brought a car from Canada to the US this past week. I had an issue importing it, with respect to a missing piece of paperwork, at the Canada/US border. I contacted James when I returned to LA. He was incredibly helpful in assisting me with gathering the additional paperwork, and with answering any questions that I had. This is a great company, I highly recommend them. read more

This team has been awesome from the start. Most of the staff speak fluent Korean and English, which helped my needs greatly. I also trust these people to do what's best for me and I do not feel as though they're being greedy or that I'm a burden to them. Always helpful and I would definitely recommend! read more

As a new business owner, I was concerned about importing goods into the US, especially from China right now with all these new tariff's that were imposed by the government last year. I was also nervous about calling brokers because I am a fish out of water in this side of the business and I didn't want to get buried in extra-added expenses. James was not only helpful, but he really went out of his way to explain the process and what the best angles for me would be, for my needs. It is a real pleasure to speak with a team that seems like they care about your needs whether or not you are a small business or a large business. A+ customer service. read more

What a great experience! James is the absolute best. Super responsive, knowledgeable, and patient as this was the first I've ever imported anything. Even though our shipment was very small compared to some customers I'm sure, we had the most amazing service. I had called other companies before I found them and most were to busy or didn't bother to respond as they were too busy due to the shipping back log in Long Beach. Can't recommend enough. Thanks James!! read more

I have been dealing with James R., who has been such a pleasure to work with. After contacting multiple customs broker, I went with him at Juliana Lim CHB. He is currently working on a second shipment for me. I want to thank James and highly recommend him and the company! read more

I called this company today regarding a small sample shipment I had coming in from China. While I've imported goods before with a different business, I'd never had to deal with DAP terms. With this being a new business that I had just started I wanted to make sure I was covered properly on any customs clearances or documents needed. James was so unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable that I will likely be using them for my future shipments. Companies that have forward facing people like this take the stress out of one more thing that you have to deal with when running a business. If you want to be efficient and effective in your business, you need to trust the employees you hire as well as the vendors you use. I have a good feeling that I won't need to worry about much with these guys. Before even hiring them, they earned my trust. Will update once our first shipment is processed. Until then, thank you James and congratulations Juliana Lim CHB on a great hire. read more

Where do I begin on writing this amazing review for James. From the first moment we spoke I knew he is the customs broker I want to work with. He answered every question I had and answered them in a way for me to understand the exact meaning. Every question I had he would send me a customs code and show me examples of how the process works. James is always available whenever I call or email him and always makes sure whatever I am importing makes sense and I don't get stuck with a blank answer. Speaking with James helped me get exactly the type of service I was looking for and going to look for in the near future. Thank you James and the team in helping me importing a easy breeze. If i can give them a 100 stars I will. Again, thank you for your amazing service and looking forward to building a long lasting business relationship. read more
