Needless to say, they lost 2 customers.

We have imported…read moreclothing from Vietnam before and had a difficult time getting the shipment through customs and to our small business in a timely manner. We tried Brian this time with almost (200) boxes of clothing and it was a much better experience than working with the last broker. Brian took the time to explain to me the process and used his 20 years of experience to let us know which information was critical for customs. He pointed out some areas where more detail was needed and consequently we had no issues this time. I recommend Brian and his team!!

He tricked me into releasing all of my paperwork and information to him, and in return he has not had time to answer a phone call and numerous voice messages left to him. Poor business conduct, extremely unprofessional, and will not bring any success.

Asked for an estimate for some marine electronics work. He gave a 2 word answer, "Not interested"…read more Very unprofessional. When asked, wouldn't even tell me what type of work he does so I could add it to my list of folks. EDIT: The owner of Larson Marine has edited their reply below. Their original reply called me a "Karen" and other random insults. It was quite unhinged. They have come to their senses and edited it. I'll look to get the original post for your consideration. EDIT: As you can see from the reply, this just reinforces my original review. Nobody wants anyone working on their boat that can't behave as an adult. Here's some simple feedback. Instead of "no thanks" when someone asks if you can complete work, you could reply with "I'm sorry but I'm too busy right now to take on any new work" or "this type of work isn't up my alley". Instead, since the requested work is of a nature you don't understand. You just provide the response of an uneducated child. This is the type of person that thinks you work for them. Edit: Another Saturday and another edit of Laron's reply to my review. It seems to ebb and flow between scathing and tryin for be professional. This is a tell tale sign of a bipolar. Is this who you want working on your yacht? I don't know about you, but I want a bonded a professional service that behaves as such.

Should you choose some arrogant shark who is going to dismember the other party and escalate the problem, or someone who is level-headed and soothing? I chose the latter - and I got way more than I dared to hope. Larry Zerner is extremely knowledgeable, clear-minded, insightful, logical, candid and experienced. He's a consummate professional. But best of all, he's also wise, calm, mature and compassionate. He de-escalated the problem I was having. With him on my side, I immediately felt so much better - and I knew I wasn't going to have to deal with stressful situation this all alone. I had never even heard his name until a colleague referred him, and now I'm just bubbling over with gratitude for the way he has handled my situation so far. If you know the meaning of the Yiddish word "mensch", it would describe my experience with Larry so far. (I wish there was a similar word among us Gentiles!) To experience the certainty that one is in the right hands during such a highly stressful situation is such a relief.
