But sadly, we cannot recommend a particular company. This because each homeowner has to schedule and pay for it themselves. But in talking to so many companies, I feel that Wright Way is the best. They aren't the cheapest but definitely the most qualified. My clothes dryer is on the first floor. It vents past the second floor to the roof. Two service men did the work. One from the dryer and the other from my roof. They did a great efficient job cleaning out the dryer vent. I'd highly recommend them.

They took us through the process of what they do and said they can come on Saturday morning. A few days before they called and said they had a mistake with scheduling but I told them Saturday is the only day that worked for us and they made it work which I highly appreciate it! They came on time and did their job and went along. I really wanted to give them the full 5 stars because customer service was so great! Everyone was pleasant to talk to and very understanding. Since we got our dryer vent cleaned out we thought we were all good but our dryer wouldn't dry...we were kinda confused so we chalked it up to our dryer being old however our vent started leaking and it turns out there was a lot of lint stuck in it, which was disappointing however we fixed it ourselves and now our dryer works perfectly fine. I don't think they would have missed this but it was huge chunks of lint stuck maybe their vacuum didn't go all the way through. Other than that they were great to work with it!

Mr. Duct sent Miguel out to clean our ducts. He did a great job. For those looking at duct cleaning…read moreservices, you should look for National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) certified shops. You should also shop around because some places offer bonus services that you may or may not need, or may even be hazardous to the occupants of the home, like sealants or chemicals. Check the EPA page on "Should You Have the Air Ducts in Your Home Cleaned?" for a thorough treatment of the topic, though note that it's much less enthusiastic about duct cleaning than people's subjective experiences, especially people with allergies or sensitivities, or if you've just done a remodel. I'd refer to "Is it worth it to get your air ducts cleaned?" on r/homeowners and "Is air duct cleaning a scam?" on r/hvacadvice. With that out of the way, Miguel cleaned our ducts quite thoroughly. He inserted the vacuum to the air handling unit. This would provide the negative pressure to ensure most of the dust and debris would go to the vacuum. Then he use a air compressor to knock loose the dust at each register and as far into the ventilation as he could push the nozzle. My registers unfortunately went up towards the attic, so dust was guaranteed to get knocked loose into the room, so we had to vacuum. This would have gone smoother if Mr. Duct had sent a partner with Miguel. Miguel was also very helpful in airdropping the photos of the ducts to my phone, which was important because we were trying to identify what might be triggering allergic reactions. For roughly $300, it was very reasonable. I would recommend Mr. Duct to those who need duct cleaning services.

Asked their technician to come out to perform an inspection and provide a report for potential home buyers. They failed to provide the service and have failed to follow up on phone calls and emails. The report was a simple invoice with notes. This would have been acceptable except for the report containing notes contradicting the verbal report the technician gave. They added notes such as "could crack any day" and "recommend replacement" immediately after noting the HVAC system was in good condition. I don't appreciate their effort to gain business at my expense, their dishonesty adding notes to the report they never discussed verbally during their inspection, or their lack of customer service. These issues were shared with them in an attempt to resolve them and they have not responded (phone or email) since they said they would get back to me over a month ago. They do not care about addressing customer concerns or following through on the service they promise.

However, after our latest experience, we will no longer be using this company. About 3 weeks ago our water heater (which we bought through them) started leaking. We called immediately, got an appointment and they sent a guy out within a couple of days. He came and looked at it, said oh your leak is in a weird place so we'll see if the heater is still under warranty. Ok, fine. He didn't fix anything but said if we needed a new one they would give us some prices and options. A week goes by with no word so my husband calls and they say they are still trying to negotiate with the company to get us some sort of refund. Ok....water heater still leaking but would be nice to not have to pay more than we have to. At that point we get ghosted. No follow up calls, nothing. This morning our water heater springs a giant leak and water is all over our basement! I call and am told sorry nothing we can do, you'll have to call Home Depot and have them put one in!!!!! REALLY??!! After 3 weeks there is NOTHING you can do?? I would have been fine if they had said hey it will take a day or two but we will take care of it. Nope! Nothing! After this many years. We weren't expecting immediate service but any service at all would have been nice!! Do not waste your time or money. I'm sure there are other local companies that are not big conglomerates like Home Depot who need the work. We are looking to find one now.
