We have never eaten in the restaurant. Have only ordered delivery and we have been impressed every time. The Thai Curry Chicken is amazing! The Singapore noodles are amazing! The beef and broccoli is amazing! That's all we order every time - LOL. The delivery takes about 45 minutes so don't order if you want it right away. I had my order taken to-go so this review is solely based on the food itself. I got the Kung Pao chicken lunch special. It comes with an egg roll, a choice of soup (I got egg-drop), and the entree comes with rice. It's actually a decent size portion for to-go! It filled me more than enough and I was satisfied after. As for the quality of the food, it was about average too. It's a little better than Panda Express quality (which is not something I would be proud of comparing it to - but I like Panda's for fast food) but it's not authentic "Chinese food". In short, it's Americanized Chinese food and it's a bang for your buck. The meat was moist and the outside was flavored decently. The Kung Pao had some snow peas in it and peanuts in it. The rice was a little dry. The egg drop soup was a bright, unnatural yellow but tasted perfectly fine. All in all, don't knock it! It's good for getting the job done! read more

The food was good but the service was horrible. we were sitting on one side of the restraunt and once we got our food she never came back. we sat and waited and waited finally we had to go get a to go box and ask her for a drink to go. She never even gave us a ticket so verbally she told my husband the amount. we have been coming here for years and the last several times we have come it has only been her working. It has been unevenly cooked. not to the point where it's raw but like the items that were prepared before hand were not sufficently warmed. if I wanted unevenly cooked food, I can go to a gas station and microwave a burrito. I'm glad that I didn't tip them because in the section that says "additional instructions," I stated that I wanted fried rice instead of white rice. Racist manager and servers!!! From the beginning server took drinks with such a nasty attitude. When food was brought server stayed distant and handing plates to hands instead is placing hot plates in the table. When we asked for hot sauce server proceeded with asking "ANY THINK ELSE? DO YOU WANT MORE HOT SAUCE, STUFF, WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED! Literally while rolling her eyes and with an attitude. She never came back to ask if we needed refills or anything. We have been here twice. The waitress was visibly annoyed and upset at our presence both times. We have a toddler so I make a point to tip at least 20%, most of the time more. First time I tipped 25%. Second her VISIBLE THROUGH HER MASK annoyance at us was so upsetting I didn't tip. If you don't want toddlers present don't have a kids menu and don't have high chairs. To put in perspective, i have never given a 1 star review and i also eat a lot of chinese take out. My food was bland (kung pao chicken) and my parents was straight syrup, also v. bland. They maybe could have gotten away with it except the chicken was not good. It was very rubbery and i had very weird hard pieces. I assume they just use the whole chicken rather than any quality meat. We have been customers of theirs for years. When the guy delivered the food, my husband's food was missing. We called to see if they could see if the driver had it in his car. After 15 mins they requested a picture to prove that he wasn't lying. I called and told them I was on my way to get the food and I wanted the refund of the $16/ delivery fee. The manager refused. I had high hopes for this establishment. However, the food came off a bit sweet, for a spicy garlic sauce. However, it seems catered to a specific group set. The sweetness came off as unauthentic. The establishment is nice, the service is nice. The food could use some work. However this is a newer establishment that I think is still trying to find its medium.
