It's not about a free egg roll, it's the principle. If you were willing to offer it for the inconvenience when I picked up the rice, why not include that same gesture when correcting your own delivery mistake? And after making it seem like getting the rice delivered would take such a long time, it arrived in about 10 minutes. A simple mistake could have been resolved quickly and professionally. Instead, the owner's attitude and unwillingness to accommodate a customer over the restaurant's acknowledged mistake turned it into a much bigger issue. Terrible customer service, and they lost a customer because of it. I will not be returning or recommending this restaurant. Hin's Garden is closer to me anyway, and the food is better.
