I bring my car in for an oil change they keep my car for a day and a half. Once I got my car back the first time I crank my car it went to shaking so bad I was scared to leave the lot. I try to go under the hood to check and see what the problem is and the hood wasn't placed back the correct and would not open originally. They determined I was actually having brake issues. They could have seriously padded their till that day, but provided a service that was the least expensive of the things the issue could have been. I wouldn't have known any better if they told me it was one thing and repaired something different. They kept me informed the entire time of their progress and their completion time, then followed up to ensure all was well. They told me I would need more work done to the brakes, but it could hold off. Now is the time for that work. If I were still close to their store, it would not be a question where I'd be going. Instead, I'm debating convenience over peace of mind
