I purchased 40 personalized cookies from Lindy for an event recently after finding her on Yelp, and I was incredibly pleased with every step of the process! I knew I wanted to order from someone local, so when I found her page, I was ecstatic. I sent a message via her website and she got back to me in less than 24 hours with every bit of information I needed, from pricing to sizes. She asked for a .pdf of the logo I was looking to feature on the cookie, and when I sent it over, she said she could easily make it work. I was able to PayPal her, which was super simple, and she set up a time and date to deliver my treats to me. We settled on the day right before my event, and she said since my order was over $100, delivery would be free. She even promised to drop it off herself, which from reading other reviews seems to be something special she makes sure to do for all of her clients! Unfortunately, the day we planned to meet up, I had a last-minute change in plans. She was extremely relaxed about this change and still dropped them off at the office in my apartment building, where my landlords kept them safe. She texted me right when she dropped them off. By the time I got to them a few hours later, they were safe and none were damaged at all, and she even gave me 4 extra cookies! I was able to give those to staff members at the event, which made my event even more special. Amazing business owner. Cookies are tasty, fresh and beautiful. I ordered two dozen personalized cookies for a client. The business owner made sure that they were delivered on time and in a beautiful package. She hand delivered them herself to our office just to make sure that we had them on time for the client. My husband and I gave Lindy's cookies out as favors at our wedding and couldn't have been happier with how everything went. We knew we wanted to give cookies as favors and after some internet research I found Lindy's site. I contacted her to ask if we could sample her cookies before committing to an order, meaning we would pay, but she quickly replied that she would drop off some free samples during one of her upcoming deliveries. (FYI, she was always super quick to respond to emails!) She met me at my office to drop off a generous bunch of samples, which were of course delicious, so we decided to place an order. I let Lindy know the cookie design we were going for, and she trial and errored a few options, sending me photos. She hit the nail on the head for what we were going for, so I told her the number we needed and the date we needed them for, and she delivered everything on time without any issue. The cookies came out great and almost all of our guests took their cookie favor with them at the end of the night (we were kind of hoping for some more leftovers!). This review is long overdue. I was coordinating my sister's baby shower back in May of this year. I had everything set but felt that the dessert spread needed something more. I was looking for more ideas to inspire me on Pinterest and saw that many people ordered custom cut animal cookies for their Woodland Babies themed parties. I decided to search yelp for custom-made cookie businesses and came across Lindy's yelp page. It had high reviews so I contacted her...3 days before the event! I didn't expect her to accept my request, but thought I'd try anyway. She contacted me promptly and was willing to work with me. With the amount of time I gave her, she would not have enough time to do the custom fondant cookies I originally asked of her, but she presented me with 2 options of which 1 ended up being the best way to go. She definitely makes good decisions design-wise. As she looked closer at the art that I sent her to use on the cookies, she decided that square instead of round cookies would do the art justice. And boy was she right! I even asked her to print the animals near the bottom of the cookie in the way the original artist intended, and she totally understood what needed to be done. She also showed up personally to deliver the cookies on time. The cookies were absolutely amazing!!! Everyone was literally fighting for them lol! They not only looked beyond excellent, they tasted excellent too. I really wish I had stolen more of them for myself. The option that Lindy offered was actually the most perfect option. And, it really, really tied the theme into the food perfectly!!! It brought it over the top! I highly recommend Lindy with no hesitation. She provided the most excellent customer service and came through for me last minute. She is absolutely a true gem. read more

I feel that there was poor communication from her end and after my last email with her, I never heard back from her with her ideas and it was too late to get another bakery in time to get the cookies done for the baby shower. Our son just got married in Chicago and we had the rehearsal dinner at Southport Lanes - an old Schlitz Brew House - Bowling and Craft Beer! A goody bag item! Just like Ann Marie, in another review, I could write a long list of how Lindy came through and was creative. But, the party is today and I'll be brief. PLEASE NOTE: Major party today and I have time to write this quick note because Lindy took on the cookies and because they are SO darn cute. Just the shot I needed. She referenced me to the bee design she has used for baby showers and they look perfect. My sister has used a bee-theme throughout her life and today we celebrate her 65th birthday. My husband and I felt entitled to sample one and they are delicious. Lindy placed each one in a little bag with a yellow ribbon.
