With a small space, they've done a creative and beautiful job. This being their grand opening (second day open), people are already visiting and tasting mouth watering pastries. Cathy Bouchard, the owner, and Jody Michalski, the General Manager, greeted me with a smile and enthusiasm. The women behind the counter were helpful as they learned more about each pastry.
