I'm glad that I did because this is a very nicely curated antique shop with a little vintage thrown in here and there for good measure. As far as pricing went I felt it was pretty reasonable for the most part. What really made the experience all the better though was the absolutely friendly shopkeeper who was working at the time. They were nice to everyone they interacted with and we had a nice conversation while I was perusing. I didn't leave with anything but I saw a couple of things I might come back for.

Artsy, craftsy things, clothes, some dried foods, coffees, teas, dog treats, scented candles, jewelry and the beat goes on and on. The staff is always friendly. Our kids are at an age where they never know what they wan lt for Christmas. We stopped in and walked out with a trunkload of things that they will be thrilled with. It is really nice for gift exchanges and a trinket for somebody really hard for. Love this place.

Went shopping there today and was swindled out of $10 by the woman at the counter! Picked up a…read moresweet vintage sweater that was marked $10, put it up at the counter with some other things (so I could shop hands free) and kept wandering for a bit. After perusing a while longer I went to check out. Was told the total was $31 and some change..... I was so confused and asked how (the real price should have been $21 something) so she goes on to say "oh yeah the sweater is $20, that's $10 and half off and those are so and so and so and so". Well, that's odd - I thought.... But I wanted the sweater so I just paid to get out of there. (Paid cash like an idiot and didn't get a receipt ) Got to my car to check the price tag on the sweater and what do ya know?? She took it every other price tag was still intact on every other item I purchased (as I know some antique stores save the tags for the separate vendors to keep track) so now it's double Hinky!! I'm bummed I didn't go back in and ask to see the tag but what can I do now. Oh well, live and learn. Hang onto your items if you shop here otherwise you're liable to fall prey to the age old switcharoo!

They also have small cards in each of the crystal bowls that explain the properties of each, so that is very helpful. My husband was looking for a larger crystal for my birthday and the owner was very helpful in finding just the right one. Highly recommended.

It's beautifully curated - no digging for treasure here. This place is on the pricier side and some vendors have things that are clearly bought from overseas. But for the most part, Warehouse 55 sells gems! A lot of the vendors have their own IG pages where I've seen a few "must have" things - you still have to purchase through Warehouse 55, but it's another set of eyes on the prize;) I bought my incredible set of printing press dressers/shelves and use it as my jewelry box. I still have 7 drawers to fill! The ladies needing the counter have always been chatty and lovely! They're there to gab about your pieces and vendors- you can tell they love working here:) There's not much else in Aurora so make a trip to see the consignment pieces and grab lunch!

Warehouse 55 is a collection of vintage items and repurposed furnishings mixed with many one of a kind treasures. Here you will find old and new..something for every aesthetic . Over 2 stories of various vendors..prices vary depending on the product . A nice feature they offer is if you are undecided and get home,you can shop many of the items online by vendor or product. Will have to go again after the Holidays for more treasure hunting.

Found our silly specific party ornaments with ease and found a few extra stocking stuffers as well. The space has expanded since I was last here which is so exciting to see. An Absolutely STUNNING arrangement of unique grasses, Fall flowers and cat tails:) I had to use the largest floor vase to show case this beautiful array of floral art!!! I've now learned that Lyn has been in business forever and she is extremely talented!! My own Mother was a very artistic designer of florals and our family has always admired extraordinary talent when we come across it. Lyn, by far, fits this category of unusual work !!!!!
