There was a question about Lincoln Social being wheelchair accessible, so I had a quick minute and I checked out the accessibility since I know a little bit about those things. Nice wide hallways, no steps or other major impediments, wide doors. The elevator is a double wide door, opening to about a full 48 inches. The car itself looks to be about 92 inches wide and 64 inches deep. So that's great! Lots of high top tables in this place which concerned me a bit... but I chatted up a bartender and he told me that the low top reserve area booths would be one option for wheelchair access. The other option he pointed out, and I posted a pic of this, is a fold out table under the main bar which would be wheelchair height. I didn't see it folded out but it looks to be a quite sturdy design. The entire place looks accessible for wheelchairs including the open area outside. So there you go - and I hope this helps - a review more dedicated to wheelchair access. I think it looked pretty OK. I posted a bunch of relevant pics and I hope this is helpful too. This place had a fun vibe with multiple age groups, but mainly younger people. The mushroom pizza is a great choice if you love mushrooms and garlic, and the Brussel sprouts had a ton of flavor. I am usually pretty indecisive when it comes to drinks, so I told the bartender I wanted a fruity mojito, but didn't specify which fruits. He came back with a passion fruit kiwi mojito and it was amazing(hence why it is half full in the photo)! I was very pleased with the results. The food did take awhile to come out, and it is a pretty small place, but overall it was a good enough experience to come back next time I am in town. read more

Great happy hour spot. Very nice atmosphere. Loved the view and the seats were comfortable. I didn't get cocktails because I'm driving. However, I ordered one of each bite on the menu and a pizza. I was excited to visit this new spot downtown. LOVE rooftop bars and this one looked super cute from what I'd seen online. I initially tried to go on a Saturday night, it had been raining so I was thinking it wouldn't be AS crowded as I heard. It was still a long line, we waited about 10 minutes and I was over it. Left. Went again on a Friday evening, the line wait was still about 20 min from what I heard but I was able to skip the line. I got the hook up from knowing someone there :) SUPER, SUPER cute environment, hands down. From the tables to the glasses to the recyclable straws, I love it. There is one section that is completely open, uncovered with a fire pit. It stayed crowded. There are 3 sections that can be RSVP'd for group settings from what I heard it was still a wait for that WITH the RSVP. There's a minimum dollar amount expectation per hour,I believe. The drink menu is EXTENSIVE and drinks are at minimum starting at $10. There's something for everyone. Even hot tea served in a cute porcelain kettle. Wait service was nice, slowed down the later in the evening. They definitely hold the line to control the crowd. A place like this doesn't need to be overcrowded of course, so its appreciated but expect that and it'll be fine. THE MENU: DO NOT come hungry!! I believe the focus is the atmosphere and the drinks. They have a very small menu to begin with and everything on the menu is bite-sized sample-like. I ordered the lobster corn dog, $5, eaten in one bite. My friend ordered the barbacoa taco, definitely a mini but she said it was good. I had to laugh about that. The pizza is the best bet if you are actually hungry but even that is a personal size and its more of a flatbread. Definitely a spot to hit up for the summer. Even the fall. They have throws available if it gets chilly but of course you can prepare on your own if you're like me and don't want to share a community throw lol. We stumbled across this bar one Sunday and are so glad we tried it out. There's a sign on the sidewalk, otherwise you wouldn't know it's there. Once you enter the lobby there is someone taking contact information and temperatures. I'm not sure if this is for contact tracing purposes or if they always take contact information. We didn't have to wait and were directed to the elevator which only goes to the top floor. A host seats you and he let us say our preferences, which was to get a good view. The bar is really spread out and there are plexiglass or glass panes at the bar to separate people. Drink menu is extensive! I got the hibiscus mule, which I thought would be cold like an iced tea drink but it was warm. It came out in a little tea pot which was cute. They have local beers and the cocktail I had was made with local vodka also. read more

I really wanted to love this place, but I guess I can simply say I like it. A group of five of us arrived mid-week at 4pm, hoping to beat the rush and score a seat. There were booths open, but it's a $300 minimum to sit at them. Luckily we snagged a table after not too long of a wait. Our server came and brought our drinks...and then ghosted us. A few other servers passed by and we finally flagged one down and he said he would take over our table. We had no idea why since our previous server was still working, but alas all we wanted was another round of drinks and some food. That proved to be nearly impossible. Each drink almost came out one-by-one. The glass of water took the longest. We asked for napkins four times before we finally snagged some from another table. The food was good--I'd say it's high-quality bar food. The drinks were also good. The service was just okay. I understand it's a hot spot and it's busy but we tried to go at a time to avoid that. The music I was also crushingly loud. Again, I know it is a hip place and music is part of that, but when you can feel the bass pulsating in your clavicle it's a bit much. Anyway, glad we went and got a rooftop photo for Instagram but I won't be running back anytime soon. It's one of the best views in town so you should at least check it out and grab a lobster corn dog while you're at it! read more

This place gives fun vibes and an atmosphere that makes me feel like I am not even in Columbus. High top views of the city, you can see everything! I especially like how it is rooftop but it does have glass barriers and a roof to help with the sun beaming on yojr head or any gusts of wind. We went during happy hour on a weekday because some drinks were around $6 and all bites were half off whoch makes it worth it. The cocktails were averaging $15 which is very pricey but you are paying for the atmosphere. Which is why I highly reccomend happy hour on a week day, easier parking and less crowds too. I had the charcuterie which was beautifully presented and tasty. Tater tots were also good, hard to mess that up, sliders were delicious and the lobster corndog was pretty good but not the best. We also took a shot that came with cake pops, not worth it. Just get a shot, the cake pop is super sweet and mushy. Definitely would go back it's nice to dress up and go out with your friends or on a date night here. Don't forget to take a pic with the flower wall! read more

Great ambiance and happy hour deals! I got the pizza, sliders, and brussel sprouts. The meat pizza was a solid mini pizza, the sliders had a nice little lemon zest, and the brussel sprouts were cooked well and wrapped with bacon! Each item is ordered as one piece, so we each had 2 burgers, 2 brussel sprouts, and one pizza and was enough I also got the gin and tonic, good but very strong!! Amazing! We had such a blast here, it feels like you're in a huge city (Atlanta feels) and it feels upscale. You go up the elevator to the 9th floor and it's an open air bar. We went on an 87 degree day and the fans kept it cool and enjoyable and out of direct sunlight. Sunday happy hour 4-6 had half off glasses of wine, beer, and wells. I got a delicious French champagne for $11, loved every drop of it. We had a weird mixup with the wrong drink delivered, but the manager fixed it and it was all good. Top note: this place isn't following health guidelines Which is interesting because the owner was part of the committee to create the reopening rules. Walked in and there are partitions plenty of places to separate parties for safety. Except more than half of the tables aren't separated by partitions and are maybe two feet from each other once people sit. The bartender who took our order (neon-colored palm fronds shirt) puller his mask down to talk to us and ask how our drinks were. First, literally the most important time to wear your mask is when talking to others. Second, the drink I ordered was not good. And my partner's included blue curaçao which wasn't in the drink description on the menu. Also, a bunch of the partitions were three panel dividers which aren't solid. They literally need a crack to remain upright. Even if you had the 7 more you needed they wouldn't be doing the job. read more

Second- Cameron Mitchell was on the reopening board for post Coronavirus procedures for bars and restaurants yet the back half of your tables are at best 3 ft from each other and that's generous (see picture below). We decided to stop in and check it out on a Sunday afternoon, and I'm so glad we did! All the amazing rooftop views comments are completely true! Lincoln Social has a great location for skyline views of downtown Columbus and the Short North. It's is a small restaurant, and the outdoor terrace is also not too big, so staff said it can get pretty packed when the weathers nice. However, the glass window-walls open up to make an indoor/outdoor area, so sit or stand is your options. Oh, and I also loved their foliage wall - a great photo opportunity. The squared u-shaped bar was nice. It wasn't super busy and their evening reserved booths were open to the public, so we decided to catch a break and get a drink. The young lady serving us was nice and polite. We had a few questions on the drinks, as I'm not versed in liquor language, and she was happy to translate. I tried their Hibiscus Mule, and it was wonderful! Served chilled in a cute as a button English teapot and tea cup, it was delightful. Soft, smooth notes on my tongue. I recommend this one; I'm sure I'll keep an eye on their mules, as Lincoln's menus change with the seasons. I'll reserve the fifth star for the food, as I would like to come during happy hour or Sunday afternoon - it was very relaxing and not pretentious during our stop. read more

The views are good, everything else is sub par. I would highly recommend getting reservations if you want to come here. We luckily found seat at the high top community table. The bar was packed not a single seat open. They also had half the restaurant empty with reserved table and crowds standing around us. We got a couple cocktails they were both okay, but we wouldn't get them again. They put a flower in each of the cocktails and my flower had a bug on it... gross. Our server was slow and only came up to table 4 times total: take drink order, drop off drinks (didn't ask if we wanted food and ran off before we could get her attention), finally get her attention after we almost finish our drinks and order a yuzu crab sushi roll, and when I flagged her down to get the check. Someone else delivered the food. The yuzu roll was basic, not that great and $21. They also but some type of greens in 2 of the rolls that were horrible. Overall I like the view but I'm sure I can find another rooftop bar in cbus with better cocktails, food and service. read more

This was our first time at the Lincoln Social Rooftop and it definitely did not disappoint! Normally there is a hefty line out front but today, for our friends 40th bday party, not a single person in line! The whole place was decorated to the nines and it was definitely ready for Christmas. The drink menu was something really special and they had a ton of custom drinks. Let's just say we started at the top and moved our way down the list. Each drink was better than the last and I even had a drink with ice cubes shaped like skulls - super fancy. There is a nice outdoor seating area and even though it was 30 degrees outside the fireplaces were roaring and super warm. We weren't fortunate enough to order any snacks but the table next to us had a few and it looked great. This is a great option for ending the night with some nice drinks. read more

I've been here a few times and my reviews are typically fairly mixed... A few of us attended the holiday party and while I had a great time I think there's some room for improvement. Pros: most of the food was good. Staff are all super friendly. Drinks were tasty and strong. And the venue itself is gorgeous! Con #1: We paid to attend the holiday event and were not assigned seats, so when we arrived, all of the tables for four were taken up - many by two person parties. They should've seated based on party and not first come first serve. #2: passed apps were presented to us as finger foods, no tongs or served items. That felt so unsanitary. Overall, during usual hours, I am not a fan of going to this bar and having to walk up to the bar in order to get a drink. I think that they need to work on table service because the bar is tight and standing feels like you're in the way. read more

While visiting in Ohio we had dinner in Short North and I spotted the sign for Lincoln Social that I have been watching on Instagram for awhile. Once we finished dinner, we made our way next door to go upstairs. We took the elevator and once we made it to the rooftop, we found that we loved the dark hallway leading to the bathroom and then the other side which was bright and beautifully decorated. It was a busy night in Columbus but we snagged seats right at the bar and ordered a drink. In true me fashion, I ordered the most popular drink on the menu without even knowing it. I knew it was the most popular because they must have served like 15 of them in the time that I ordered mine and got it. While I waited, I admired the beautiful atmosphere of this place and really like the music as well. It's not loud but it's definitely not for deep conversations either. It's bustling with good energy and friendly staff and the drink menu is unique and delicious. If I'm ever in the area again when we visit, I would definitely consider coming back. read more

Taking our phone number and texting us when our table was ready was so convenient. We were able to go to another place and walk around while we waited. The drinks are really good. I ordered the margarita which was perfectly balanced. Got good we ordered the shishito peppers and the tater tots. The tots were INCREDIBLE!!! Like the best I've ever had! I'd go back just for that Now the one thing I didnt like was even though they stress the importance of social distancing and all staff had on masks, every table on the roof was filled.
