Requested price for deep cleaning. Got a reply to stop by and check out the house, but rate will be hourly. What is the purpose of stopping by if rate is hourly? I requested for a flat rate, but Danny refused to provide and insisted on hourly only. This way they can spend 10 hours if the job is for 6 hours and do slow work, and I end up paying for hours that are not needed. I refuse to do business with such people who can't give a flat rate, the only purpose of that is they seem to overcharge or not enough experience to know how much time will be needed to complete the job (even after coming out and see the project - house to clean in person). I will surely stay away from such practice. read more

He took care of cleaning the windows, AC filters, stove, bathroom; everything in the apartment was covered. He did not miss dusting out shelves too. Great JOB!! We had several leaks in our condo - due to idiot neighbors. We had to redo 2 bathrooms and the part of the living room - we had a lot of dust. My contractor was still doing last minute work on the unit when I scheduled. Danny and his people showed up to work. They worked around my contractor and were respectfully of our stuff. It would have been better to have wait for all the work to done than have them clean the place - but after being out of our placed for almost 4 months we just needed to get back into our house. We went with Limpio because he was responsive and answered all of my questions. We have other properties in Los angles and would use Limpio again for sure. Walls, base boards, windows, blinds wiped individual, and they did so much more, excellent work. THANK you guys. Ps If you have to rehab your house/condo bit the bullet and move your stuff into storage. I Promise you it is worth it!!! read more

Disappointed with the lack of communication. Danny said that the cleaning service would by 4-6 hours and that the cleaners would scrub the walls for skid marks. Although the cleaners, Ellyn & Kelly, were nice, it took them 4 hours just to clean the kitchen. Ellyn said that they didn't clean the walls, yet Danny told me they would. Lots of miscommunication amongst the staff, and Danny was also unavailable to contact his staff during the cleaning (which seemed odd). I wanted to support a local company, but was disappointed with the service. read more

I went online on Angies List one morning looking for a cleaning service to give my apartment a thorough cleaning and just a short time later I was talking to Danny and 30 minutes after that he was at my apartment giving me an estimate...And the next morning he was here with Eleyn with all the equipment to really clean my apartment. I should have taken before and after pictures because I have two cats and a cockatiel...so you know what that means, right? Cat hair, bird seed, and kitty litter scattered where you don't even know! Well, not only did they give this place an awesome cleaning but Danny assembled a new birdcage I had bought but didn't know how to put together, put batteries in and hung a wall clock, and assembled some shelves I bought ages ago and also couldn't put together. I have to stop typing as this is getting really long..but they did all of the above quickly and at a reasonable price. Danny and his team are simply the best apartment cleaners my wife and I have ever had. As soon as I submitted a quote request, Danny was on top of it with a quote and request for the detail he'd need to prepare for the job. This was for my mom's place, which needed a solid clean, including windows. Danny's communication leading up to the cleaning date was always quick, pleasant, understanding, and thorough, as was his communication day-of via text. My mom (who was apprehensive about having cleaners come into her home) was THRILLED with the result. Danny and team had not only done the basics of perfectly cleaning the place, they had left thoughtful little touches like arranging the knives in the kitchen, tidying up the salt, pepper and napkins on the dining room table, even fixing a wonky shelf in one of the end tables. This is a really special company/service--highly recommended. Danny and his crew were great communicators and did an an excellent job on a tricky home. We lost power about half way through the cleaning service, at which point his crew were prepared to transition from using electrical items, until power was restored. In my experience, most other companies would have called it a day at that point.
