The barista and cashier were both so friendly and sweet, they without any trouble replaced my friend's coffee with a new one. The cookie was perfect for us to share, a little harder then I'd prefer, but tasty nonetheless. The service and their coffee are stellar. Unfortunately, because all three stores are linked, that means none of them have soy milk anymore, which is my go to espresso add-in. It is even still on the sign at the counter.
